| The genera and species of the subfamily Rogadinae Foerster, 1862 sensu stricto from China are revised. A key to the Chinese genera is given and all genera, including three genera new to science and four new to China, are described and illustrated. Keys to the Chinese species of Rogadinae are provided. Of all 116 species, 46 species are described as new to science and 11 species as newly recorded from China, while in addition four new combinations (Arcaleiodes aglaurus (Chen & He, 1991), A. nitidus (Chen & He, 1991), A. pulchricorpus (Chen & He, 1991), and A. unifasciatus (Chen & He, 1991)) and one synonym (Spinaria bicolor Szépligeti, 1902, of S. armator (Fabricius, 1804)) are proposed. |

| The genus Histeromerus Wesmael, 1838 (Braconidae: Histeromerinae) is revised and its species are keyed. The type species is redescribed and fully illustrated. The genus Mithotynia Hedqvist, 1976, is a new junior synonym of Histeromerus, and its type species, M. aptera Hedqvist, 1976, a junior synonym of H. mystacinus Wesmael, 1838. Histeromerus canadensis Ashmead, 1891, is for the first time reported from the Palaearctic region. A lectotype is designated for H. mystacinus Wesmael, 1838. |

| The subfamily Euphorinae (excluding the tribe Meteorini Cresson) (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) from China is revised. In total 150 species, belonging to 24 genera, are treated and keyed. One genus (Heia gen. nov.; type species: Heia robustipes spec. nov.) and 69 species are described as new to science. Seven genera and 16 species are new to the fauna of China. Three genera (Euphorus Nees, 1834, Leiophron Nees, 1818, and Peristenus Foerster, 1862) are redefined. The subgeneric division of the genus Streblocera Westwood is reassessed and one new subgenus (Villocera subgen. nov.; type species: Streblocera villosa Papp, 1985) is proposed. | A review of the known specimens of the tribe Cosmophorini Capek, 1958, from the Palaeotropics is given. Twenty-two species new to science are described and figured in this paper. Up to recently (Shaw, 1985; Chen & van Achterberg, 1997) the tribe was unknown from outside of the Holarctic region. Five Oriental species are included into Sinuatophorus van Achterberg, gen. nov. (type species: Sinuatophorus maximus van Achterberg, spec. nov. from Indonesia). Nine Oriental, two East Palaearctic, two Australian and four Afrotropical new species are included in the genus Cosmophorus Ratzeburg, 1848. A key to the Old World species of the Cosmophorini is added. |

| One new species of the genus Pseudorhinoplus Fischer, 1972, and one of the genus Zelomorpha Ashmead, 1900 from Japan are described and illustrated. The generic limits of both genera are discussed. The genus Ahngeria Kokujev, 1902 is a new junior synonym of Coccygidium Saussure, 1892, and the subgenus Fopius Wharton, 1987 is given generic rank. New combinations are: Pseudorhinoplus taiwanicus (Fischer, 1975), Diachasmimorpha mellea (Gahan, 1915), D. longicaudata (Ashmead, 1905), D. aino (Watanabe, 1938), D. paeoniae (Tobias, 1980), D. tryoni (Cameron, 1911), and Coccygidium transcaspicum (Kokujev, 1902). |

| ABSTRACT A new species, Spilomena capatrata Bashir & Ma, sp. nov. is described from Palearctic and Oriental China. Additionally, eleven species are reported, of which five are new records from China: S. beata Blüthgen, S. hainesi N. Smith, S. menkei R. Bohart, S. punctatissima Blüthgen, and S. valkeilai Vikberg. A key to Chinese species of Spilomena Shuckard is also provided. |
