農用タイヤ下の6方向応力の測定と解析に関する研究 OAK

6個の圧力センサを利用して耕盤での土中応力状態を測定可能な土中応力測定器 (以下測定器) を開発した。測定器をタイヤ進行方向のタイヤ中心部およびタイヤ側端のラグ直下ならびにタイヤ側端のアンダートレッド直下の3ヶ所に土壌表面から深さ25cmの耕盤上に埋設し, タイヤを走行させて土中応力を測定した。得られたデータから応力状態を算出し, 主応力を求めた。次に, 測定器の埋設位置の違いによる最大主応力を検討した。その結果, タイヤ中心部ラグ直下における最大主応力が, タイヤ側端部でのそれの2倍以上になっていることが分かった。 A transducer was developed to determine the stress state in the soil on a hard pan. Principal stresses, octahedral normal and shearing stresses can be calculated from the data measured with six pressure cells on the transducer in the six predetermined directions. アスパラガス接触センサの研究 OAK

アスパラガスの経営安定および規模拡大には雇用が困難になりつつあるパートの人手に替えて機械に収穫させるのが改善策との観点から, 工業用センサなどで制御する低価格な収穫機の開発に着手した。収穫作業の制御情報収集のための認識システムに, アスパラガスに接触してその存在を認識できる接触センサを位置づけた。予備実験では, アスパラガスは絶縁体で覆われているために, 常温では接触センサはアスパラガスを認識できなかった。しかし, 接触子を約40℃から80℃の範囲で加温することにより認識が可能になり, 接触子の温度が70℃付近で100%の認識率となることを明らかにした。 Asparagus harvesting is expected to shift from manual to mechanical for the stable farm management and scale enlargement because of the shortage of part-time workers. 被けん引自由転動剛性車輪の法線応力予測モデル OAK

自由転動剛性車輪の法線応力予測モデルを提案し, 室内実験でその予測精度を検討した。法線応力の予測には Bekker の応力式を導入した。この応力に関する速度の影響分は Pope の速度モデルを組み込むことで対応した。スキッドの予測には剛性車輪の実験から得た経験式を用いた。またモデル化していない接線応力は, 接線応力と法線応力との比から実験式を求めて予測した。土壌の復元現象による応力は未解析で, このモデルに組み込むに至っていない。広範囲に荷重を変えて実証実験を行ない, 計算値と実測値でよい一致が見られた。 A prediction model of a normal stress acting on a towed rigid wheel was proposed. Model accuracy was discussed with the comparison of the calculated and measured data. Pope's model including a sinkage rate was coupled to the Bekker's stress equation to evaluate its effect. Wheel skid was predicted with an empirical equation obtained from experiment of the towed rigid wheel. A tangential stress which has not been modeled was predicted from the tangential to the normal stress ratio and wheel contact angles....

ラグ3面用測定装置による外力測定と作用特性の検証 OAK

農用車輪ラグの運動シミュレーションより得られた, ラグを構成する“前方ラグ面”,“外周ラグ面”および“後方ラグ面”の作用特性の解析結果を実験により検証した。これらの3面に作用する外力を測定するために, ラグ3面用小型トランスデューサを供試して法線方向力と接線方向力を各面別に独立して測定し, この2分力から車輪回転角や供試ラグの角度要素を用いて各面に作用する推進力, 転がり抵抗, 接地荷重反力を求めた。この結果, 前方ラグ面は転がり抵抗と接地荷重反力, 外周ラグ面は転がり抵抗, 接地荷重反力さらに推進力, また, 後方ラグ面は推進力と接地荷重反力を発生しており, 運動解析より得られた結果と一致した。 This research proves the results of the motion analyses of interactions between soil and wheel lug surfaces. 2輪駆動トラクタのけん引効率予測 OAK

トラクタのけん引性能を評価するための一つの方法として, 2輪駆動トラクタのけん引効率の予測を行なった。予測精度を検討するために, トラクタの機体条件ならびに平均円すい指数からけん引効率等を予測すると共に, 土壌密度を変えた圃場でけん引性能試験を行ない実測データを収集した。けん引力およびけん引効率の実測値の予測値に対する偏差と予測最大値との比を偏差率として定義し求め, 予測精度を検討した。その結果, 全データの偏差率の平均値は, けん引力で0.07%, けん引効率で-0.29%となり, 提案モデルは高い精度で予測できることを示した。 A prediction of the tractive efficiency of a two-wheel drive tractor was conducted with tractor dimensions and average cone indexes.
