The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the nutritional characteristics of pearl millet genotypes during the crop season. The experimental design was random blocks with five repetitons, totaling 25 experimental plots. For nutritional analysis were determined dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fiber (NDF), acid detergent fiber (ADF), cellulose (CEL), hemicellulose (HCEL) lignin (LGN), mineral matter (MM), ether extract (EE), neutral detergent unavailable nitrogen (NDUN), acid detergent unavailable nitrogen (ADUN), non-fiber carbohydrates (NFC) and total carbohydrates (TC). The DM content was higher for the group of genotypes CMS 01 (18.22%) and CMS 03 (18.02%) and the lowest was to the Sauna B genotype group (11.92%). To ADF... |
