A standardized bioassay is described for the nutritional evaluation of <i>Artemia</i> nauplii and metanauplii using juvenile <i>Mysidopsis bahia</i>. This test is particularly suited to evaluate the dietary value of different strains and batches of <i>Artemia</i> . One day starved, fed or enriched <i>Artemia</i> metanauplii can also be tested.For this test, a homogenous population of freshly-released juveniles (less or equal to 24h-old) were produced in a mysid generator-separator.
