| The Gymnanthes klotzschiana is a pioneer tree species characteristic of the alluvial plains of the Ombrophilous Mixed Forest, extremely important for the conservation of the riparian forests. Therefore, this work aims to analyze a structure and dynamics of Gymnanthes klotzschiana in a fragment of Mixed Ombrophilous Forest. The used came from a sensos at in the years 2007,2010 and 2013, located in the Botanical Gaden Campus of the UFPR, Curitiba –PR, Brazil, with a total area of 15.2 hectares.
