Objectives of this study were to investigate the cost and return to farmers on their corn production classified by varieties in Tak Fa district, Nakhon Sawan province in 2009 crop year. Out of 122 farm samples, 75, 13, 19 and 15 farms were found using variety A, B, C and others, respectively. The results showed that most of the farms had a similar production pattern. In addition, it was found that variety B had the highest cost of production, average yield, revenue and net profit (3,667.3 Baht/Rai 1,112.9 Kg./Rai 4,218.0 Baht/Rai and 550.7 Baht/Rai, respectively). Research is study system, process, cost and benefits including its solutions and preventions by growing vegetable’s cauliflower, white cabbage, lettuce, broccoli, celery, and green cabbage in the year grown 2009-2010 by comparing buffaloes manure and chemical fertilizer mixed buffaloes manure. The data collection selected by using purposive random sampling and quota random sampling considered in 3 factors, i.e. numbers of buffalos, its owners, and areas for growing vegetables. The results showed that two group of farmers had similar system and process. The different between both group of farmers was the way of preparing soil, prevention and eliminate pests. Thailand has been used gasohol as an alternative energy for transportation. Gasohol is combination of ethanol and gasoline in various ratio. Trucks are used to transport ethanol for blending at refineries. So, the logistics costs are transportation and distribution. This study aims to find transportation and distribution cost of ethanol using Activity Based Costing method. Two ethanol transporting and distributing operators are interviewed. It has been founded that both operators are transporting the ethanol 1,680,000 and 4,200,000 liters/month respectively.
