| The research objectives were to investigate green manure species namely Crotalaria juncia on yield, yield components and nitrogen content of rice cv. Sangyodphatthalung was conducted in paddy soil condition of Phatthalung Soil Series. The experimental design was RCBD of which consisted of 7 treatments by using different seed rates (kg rai-1) as compared to chemical fertilizer i.e. 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 8-10-0 kg N-P2O5-K2O rai-1.
