La croissance des mollusques cultivés dans les zones littorales, à faible taux de renouvellement d'eau, semble être limitée, au-delà d'une certaine biomasse, par la possibilité de nourriture, ce qui nécessite d'appréhender le mieux possible les capacités trophiques d'un écosystème. En particulier, dans le Pertuis Breton, s'est développéee récemment une nouvelle technique de culture mytilicole qui pourrait accroître à terme de 20% la biomasse de mollusques cultivés. Une étude de 9 mois et demi a donc été entreprise pour observer la croissance de deux populations de Mytilus edulis (moules de bouchots d'un an et moules issues de naissain de filière) sur ces nouvelles filières "subflottantes". Changements organisationnels et valorisation des produits frais de la pêche en France ArchiMer

Organisational changes and valuation of fresh fish products in France This article aims to show the contributions of organizational innovations on the valuation of fresh fish products in France. Interviews led with sector key players allowed at first to draw up a brief typology of the organizational innovations in the fresh fishing supply chain. The result shows that the organizational changes that intervened in the fishing supply chain forced the actors to adopt new ways of working, which in turn, allowed to meet the consumer expectations in quality and in freshness, thanks to the implementation of just-in-time, in traceability due to the management of the supply chain, and in terms of availability by the system of dual sourcing. This thesis is part of the ATLANTILES program, which seeks to study the interactions between small-scale fishing, the historic sector of the archipelago of Saint-Pierre and Miquelon (SPM), and tourism, emerging sector. This work explores the ways in which seafood products from artisanal PMS fishing can be exploited on the local market. For this, it is organized in several parts. La revue bibliographie de l'élevage conchylicole sur filière permet de situer l'évolution de cette technique en France et dans le monde. Elle regroupe les travaux disponibles tant sur les méthodes et les techniques, que sur les contraintes biologiques et environnementales qui conditionnent ce type d'élevage. Les techniques d'élevage conchylicole sur filières sont directement dépendantes de l' environnement disponible. The point of interest in this work is the dynamics of the small property through a filière analysis, identifying the internal and external relationships by the aggregation of value in each chain, besides calculating its contribution to the total value aggregation. Seeking to obtaining results, a case study was carried out and an input-product matrix was structured, using production values of a small property (12 ha). As a result, the property was found to be inserted in three filières (soy, milk and swine production), demonstrating the characteristic change of self-sufficiency for the integration in production chains.
