The genera of the subfamily Cenocoeliinae Szépligeti are revised, keyed and illustrated. The genera Capitonius Brullé, 1846, Aulacodes Cresson, 1865, Lestricus Reinhard, 1866, Promachus Cresson, 1887, and Evaniomorpha Szépligeti, 1901, are re-instated. One new genus is described and illustrated: Rattana (type species: Cenocoelius albopilosellus Cameron, 1901) from Sulawesi, Misoöl, and New Guinea. The genus Ussurohelcon Belokobylskij, 1989, is transferred from the Helconinae to the Cenocoeliinae and placed in the new tribe Ussurohelconini. The species of the genus Canalicephalus Gibson, 1977, are revised and eight new species are described (three from East Malaysia (Sabah), and five from Indonesia (three from Sulawesi, one from Java and from Halmahera). The sistergenera Canalicephalus and Urosigalphus are united in a new tribe Urosigalphini and keyed, including a key to the recognized subgenera of the genus Urosigalphus Ashmead, Both extant tribes Urosigalphini nov. and Afrocampsini van Achterberg & Austin, 1992, are included the subfamily Acampsohelconinae Tobias, 1987, which up to now contains only a fossil species.

Four new genera of Braconinae (Braconidae) are described and illustrated from the IndoAustralian region: Acampyloneurus gen. nov. (type species: Campyloneurus aruensis Shenefelt, 1978) from Aru, Arubracon gen. nov. (type species: Bracon basalis Smith, 1859) from Aru, Floralibracon gen. nov. (type species: Bracon floralis Smith, 1857) from Sarawak, and Indabracon gen. nov. (type species: Spinaria trimaculata Cameron, 1900) from India. Keys to the species of Arubracon gen. nov. and of Indabracon gen. nov. are added.

Six new species of Braconidae from Sulawesi and Sula Islands (East Indonesia) are described and partly illustrated: Conobregma sulaensis spec. nov. from Taliabu and Mangole (Sula Islands); Ecnomios brevitarsus spec. nov., and E. yasiri spec. nov. from SW Sulawesi; Homolobus (Apatia) celebensis spec. nov. from SW Sulawesi; Rattana nigriscapa spec. nov. from Mangole (Sula Islands); and Sigalphus chrysopharus spec. nov. from SW Sulawesi. In addition one species, Ecnomios infuscatus spec. nov. is described from Lombok. Two new species of the genus Homolobus Foerster, 1862, one from Lombok, Java, the other from New Guinea, are described. The genus Westwoodiella Szépligeti, 1904, is redescribed and illustrated; the new tribe Westwoodiellini is created to include it in the subfamily Homolobinae. Rogas pectoralis Herrich-Schäffer, 1838 is synonymized with Homolobus discolor (Wesmael, 1835) syn. nov., and R. simplex Herrich-Schäffer, 1838 with Homolobus annulicornis (Nees, 1834) syn. nov. Homolobus simplex (Watanabe, 1932) nee Herrich-Schäffer, 1838 is renamed as H. watanabei nom. nov.

A new species of the Indo-Australian genus Shelfordia Cameron, 1902, viz. S longicaudata spec. nov. from Sikkim (India) with an exceptionally long ovipositor is described and illustrated. The Shelfordiagroup is not recognized, and the genus Rostraulax Quicke, 1984, is synonymized with Shelfordia.

The subtribe Mesocoelina Viereck is redefined, the three genera and their species are keyed, (re)described and illustrated. One new genus (Plesiocoelus gen. nov.; type-species: Plesiocoelus bassiformis spec. nov. from C. America) and four new species are described. Aneurobracon Brues, 1930 is removed from synonymy with Mesocoelus Schulz, 1911 and used as valid genus in this paper. Additionally the aberrant Bassus reductus spec. nov. from Panama is described.
