| The nematodes of the genus Meloidogyne have broad geographic distribution and broad range of hosts, Meloidogyne incognita being one of the most widespread species, limiting the agricultural production of the western Paraná. The infesting plants that grow along ace crops, besides competing for essentials factors can multiply the inoculum and ensure high nematode densities, affecting management practices. The objective of this work is to playback M. incognita infesting plants in western Paraná and check the reaction of these plants to the nematode. A total of 10 species, where each plant was inoculated with a suspension of 5.000 eggs/J2 (Pi).
