| Farmers in irrigated area tried to grow rice more than 2 crops/year. Nowadays there are no break even data. The aim of this research to compare economic data between 2 and 3 crops/year rice cropping system. Experiments were conducted in farmer’s field and Pathumthani Rice Research Center’s field, Pathum Thani province in 2011-13. There were 3 experiments : using the same variety, changed variety every season and changed variety every season with short duration rice variety in the rice cropping system.
