| Abstract Although São Paulo state has one of the best known amphibian fauna in Brazil, there are still protected areas for which the species composition remains unknown. Here, we present the first species list of anuran amphibians in Vassununga State Park. This area is one of the last remnants of semideciduous Atlantic Forest and Cerrado in the northeastern region of São Paulo state, southeastern Brazil. To survey species, we visited six sites (two ponds, two streams, and two transects) in December, January, and February of 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, totalizing 18 days of field samplings at each site. | Clitoria fairchildiana (Howard) is a tree largely distributed in Brazil, used for urban arborization. In April 2001, the psyllid Euphalerus clitoriae Burckhardt & Guajará was reported on this plant in the metropolitan areas of Recife, PE, Brazil. This report records the occurrence of E. clitoriae and studies some of its biological aspects in this area. With this purpose, C. fairchildiana leaves were sampled weekly, and E. clitoriae nymphs as well as Aprostocetus sp. larvae and nymphs were collected and counted. The E. clitoriae population ranged from 2 to 90 nymphs per leaflet. The Aprostocetus sp. percentage of parasitism ranged from 3 to 24%. | Abstract The vegetation cover in the Atlantic Forest has been converted to human use or degraded by human activities, which declined the vegetation to 16% of its original extent. Although several protected areas have been created in this Neotropical biome over the past decades, our knowledge of the amphibian species within these areas is still far from adequate. Here, we present lists of anuran species from three different areas of Parque Estadual da Serra do Mar: núcleos Curucutu, Santa Virgínia and São Sebastião. | O arranjo da paisagem tem um papel fundamental na estrutura e organização de comunidades. Neste estudo, verificamos a hipótese de que fragmentos florestais funcionariam como áreas de refúgio para espécies de anuros de área aberta. Para isso, foram selecionados quatro fragmentos florestais em Icém, região noroeste do Estado de São Paulo, distanciados entre si de 1 a 4 km. A amostragem dos anuros nos fragmentos foi efetuada com armadilhas de queda (pitfalls), abrigos artificiais e busca ativa. Foram registradas 12 espécies (48% das espécies conhecidas na região de Icém) das quais três, Eupemphix nattereri, Leptodactylus podicipinus e Physalaemus cuvieri, apresentaram alta abundância (n > 50 exemplares).
