Les conversions en Agriculture Biologique (AB) se développent rapidement en viticulture, surtout dans les vignobles méditerranéens (+ 20% entre 2006 et 2008 d’après l’Agence Bio) sans que les connaissances et les outils permettant d’accompagner cette rupture ne soient opérationnels. L'objectif de ce projet est d'identifier les points-clefs de conversions durables en production maraîchère et fruitière. Les phases de conversion sont décrites sous forme de trajectoires, intégrant des dimensions techniques et organisationnelles, ainsi que des savoirs professionnels et des interactions avec des consommateurs. Nous en attendons une caractérisation de modèles de production, générant de nouvelles valeurs et traduits en moyens d'accompagnement de la conversion en AB. Le travail repose sur un dispositif d'enquêtes et de suivi auprès d'agriculteurs et de consommateurs. Il mobilisera l'agronomie, l'économie, la sociologie et l'ethnographie. |

Studie je zaměřena na posouzení struktury ekologicky hospodařících podniků a na indikaci faktorů ovlivňujících rozvoj ekologického zemědělství na orné půdě. Analýza struktury zemědělských podniků byla provedena na dvou testovacích souborech. Bylo prokázáno, že s přibývající nadmořskou výškou roste extenzita hospodaření, výrobní struktura podniku se zjednodušuje (zatravnění v kombinaci s chovem skotu BTPM). Při konverzi na ekologické zemědělství přistupují až ke stoprocentnímu zatravnění, což vyvolává utlumení produkčních zemědělských funkcí. S rostoucí nadmořskou výškou klesá podíl orné půdy. Two experiments studied the effects of dietary chicory against gastrointestinal nematodes in cattle. In Experiment (Exp.) 1, stabled calves were fed chicory silage (CHI1; n = 9) or ryegrass/clover hay (CTL1; n = 6) with balanced protein/energy intakes between groups. After 16 days, all calves received 10 000 Ostertagia ostertagi and 66 000 Cooperia oncophora third-stage larvae (L3) [day (D) 0 post-infection (p.i.)]. In Exp. 2, calves were assigned to pure chicory (CHI2; n=10) or ryegrass/clover (CTL2; n = 10) pastures. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar a ação do uso do inseticida Imidacloprido + beta-ciflutrina em relação ao número de visitas de abelhas Apis mellifera nas inflorescências do girassol. O trabalho foi conduzido no mês dezembro de 2008 na Estação Experimental da Copagril, no município de Marechal Cândido Rondon, PR. Antes do período de florescimento foram marcadas cinco plantas dos híbridos de girassol M734, Charrua, Aguará e Helio 250, com quatro repetições cada. Dois observadores permaneceram dois minutos em cada inflorescência, contando o número de abelhas visitantes em dois intervalos de tempo (8h30min às 10h e 15h30min às 17h). In einer norddeutschen Demeter-Gärtnerei wurden 2003 versuchsweise Arbeiten in Gemüsepflege, Grundbodenbearbeitung und Futterbau mit Zugpferden statt Schleppern durchgeführt. Dabei wurden die Kosten der Pferdehaltung und der Geräte erfasst sowie deren Leistungen. Zum Projekt gehörte ein Rechts/Links-Versuch zu Verdichtungen als auch Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit. Die Pferdearbeit wurde nach dem Projekt im Betrieb fortgesetzt, die Qualität der Arbeit war sehr gut, in den Leistungen war das Pferd insgesamt langsamer als der Schlepper.
