New and little-known pseudoscorpions of the genus Roncus L. Koch (Neobisiidae, Pseudoscorpiones) from Serbia, Yugoslavia Naturalis
Ćurčić, Božidar P.M..
Two new species of Roncus L. Koch, 1873 (R. svarozici n. sp. and R. svanteviti n. sp.), collected in eastern and southeastern Serbia, Yugoslavia, are described and their distribution is given. A supplementary description of R. pljakici Ćurčić, 1973, is provided as well. The taxonomic diversity of the western and southern European “Roncus lubricus” species complex is discussed in view of the importance of some diagnostic characters. The possible role of R. svarozici n. sp. and R. parablothroides Hadži, 1937 in colonizing caves is considered as well as the divergent differentiation of some Balkan subterranean pseudoscorpions.

New records of pseudoscorpions (Pseudoscorpiones) from the Leeward and Windward Islands, and Curaçao (Lesser Antilles), with the description of a protonymph of Serianus gratus Hoff Naturalis
Tooren, D. van den.
New localities and records of pseudoscorpions are given for the Leeward Islands, the Windward Islands and Curaçao. The protonymph of Serianus gratus Hoff, 1964, from Curaçao is described.

Notes on the identification of the pseudoscorpions Chthonius tetrachelatusand C. kewi (Pseudoscorpiones: Chthoniidae) Naturalis
Toorn, D. van den.
In pseudoscorpions identification to the species level can be difficult. In some genera, such as in Chthonius, chaetotaxy is a necessary tool to be able the differentiate between closely related species. The key characters to separate the closely related Chthonius tetrachelatus and C. kewi which were used until now turn out to be incorrect. In this paper new characters are proposed. Study of this group revealed that C. kewi, originally described from Britain, is probably not present in the Netherlands. Material identified previously as C. kewi, proved to belong to C. tetrachelatus. In this contribution an update of the key to the pseudoscorpion species of the Netherlands is presented. The total number of Dutch species is now 22.

On the external morphology of the male Neobisium cavernarum (L. Koch, 1873) (Neobisiidae, Pseudoscorpiones) from France Naturalis
Dimitrijevic, Rajko N..
A detailed and amended description of the external morphology of the male of the troglobitic species Neobisium cavernarum (L. Koch 1873) from the cave Grotte d’Aubert, Ariège, France is presented. Taxonomic interrelationships with Neobisium simoni (L. Koch 1873) are also considered.

Foram registradas doze espécies de pseudoscorpiões, incluindo nove gêneros e cinco famílias, listadas a seguir: Chernetidae - Americhernes aff. incertus Mahnert, 1979, Cordylochernes scorpioides (Linnaeus 1758), Lustrochenes similis (Balzan 1892), L. aff. reimoseri Beier, 1932, L. intermedius (Balzan 1892), Phymatochernes crassimanus Mahnert 1979; Chthoniidae - Pseudochthonius homodentatus Chamberlin, 1929; Lechytiidae -...

Pseudoscorpions of the genera Pachyolpium, Novohorus and Amblyolpium (Pseudoscorpiones: Olpiidae) from St. Eustatius (Statia), St. Martin (Sint Maarten) and Anguilla (Lesser Antilles, Leeward group) Naturalis
Tooren, D. van den.
Two new species of pseudoscorpions are described: Pachyolpium confusum spec. nov. from St. Eustatius (Statia) and Amblyolpium martinensis spec. nov. from St. Martin (Sint Maarten). Another species: Novohorus incertus (Beier, 1931) is recorded from 2 new localities: Anguilla and St. Martin (Sint Maarten). A comparative examination is performed to check how far the ratio palpal femur length/palpal patella length is useful as a taxonomic character to separate a number of species belonging to the genus Pachyolpium. Two keys are given: i. An adaptation and extension of Hoff’s key (1945) to the westindian species of the genus Pachyolpium, relying on present-day knowledge of interspecific relationship within the genus. ii. A key to separate genera belonging to...
