Study on effect of environment on four rice planting durations (January, April, July and October) and four rice varieties (PTT1, PSL2, RD31 and RD41) was conducted at Ratchaburi Rice Research Center in 2011. The experimental design was split plot in RCB with three replications. Varietal characteristics, yield, yield component and meteorological data were recorded. PTT1 variety showed the longest maturity (128 days). Rice planting in April showed higher yield (808 kg/rai) than that planting in other durations. In addition, planting in April also showed the highest panicle length, number of filled seeds/panicle and 1,000 seed weight. Effect of climate change on rice growth and yield had been studied during January 2011 through October 2013 at Chiang mai Rice Research Center, Chiang mai Province. "เครื่องหยอดข้าวแห้ง" ทางเลือกใหม่สำหรับการผลิตเมล็ดพันธุ์ข้าวขึ้นน้ำ Thai Agricultural

There were 24 farmers from Watbot and Maikhet sub-district , Muang district, Prachinburi province participated with the efficiency increasing of floating rice seed production development project by using dry seed dipping machine in 258 rais. The objective was to implement floating rice seed production (Khao Ban Nah 432) model by using dry seed dipping machine. Total seed yields were 108,100 kilograms with average yield at 409 kg. per rai. There were only 6 farmers passed the red rice seed standard of certified rice seed standard, (less than 10 red rice seeds per 500 grams of paddy). The average red rice quantity was 79 seeds per 500 gram paddy. All farmers collected 53,270 kilograms of their own seeds for next season. They sold 45,530 kilograms of seeds...

Rice cropping system in irrigated area are rice-rice continuous cultivation. Farmers try to grow rice more than 2 crops/year. Nowadays there are no break even data. The aim of this research to compare economic data between 2 crops/year and 3 crops/year rice cropping system. Experiments were conducted in farmer’s field at Lumlukka district Pathum Thani province in 2011. There were 3 experiments : using the same variety, changed variety every season and changed variety every season with short duration rice variety in the rice cropping system. Each experiment consisted of 2 treatment: 2 crops/year and 3 crops/year rice cropping system. The result shown that 2 crops/year rice cropping system gave lower total yield and income than growing rice 3 crops/year...

Purification and improvement of local non-glutinous rice is a sub-project under the Rainfed Lowland Rice Breeding in Southern Region aim s to improve local rice varieties with high yielding potential and specific good grain qualities for niche markets. 作物抗病育種之現況與展望 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本文敘述自民國 89 年至96 年間台灣地區各試驗改良場所育成之作物新品種及其特性,在這8 年間總共育成145 個新品種,其中具抗病性者有77 個品種,佔新育成作物品種總數的53﹪之多。在水稻育種方面,主要進行抗稻熱病、白葉枯病、縞葉枯病之抗病育種,在此期間計育成21 個品種,其中具有抗病性者共15 個品種。雜糧作物育種方面,計育成甘藷、玉米、大豆、黑豆、紅豆落花生、蕎麥及薏苡等17 個品種,其中有13 個品種,分別對銹病、露菌病、白粉病、紫斑病、葉斑病、葉枯病、黑斑病及莖腐病等能抗其中1 種或2 種以上之病害。在特用作物育種方面,計育成仙草及山藥等4 個品種,其中山藥3 個品種對莖枯病具抗性。飼料作物方面,僅育成具抗銹病的尼羅草1 個品種。在果樹育種方面,計育成29 個品種,其中有9 個品種具抗病性,分別抗黃葉病、萎凋病、花樟病、赤色病露疫病及褐根病等病害。在蔬菜育種方面,計育成52 個品種,其中有32 個品種分別能對下列所述病害種類抗1 種或2 種以上者,如:露菌病、白粉病、銹病、晚疫病、疫病、病毒病、蔓割病、萎凋病、青枯病、軟腐病、立枯病及根腐病等。在花卉育種方面,計育成21 個品種,其中有4 個品種具抗病或耐病性,分別對首腐病、灰黴病及青枯病具抗病性。培育抗病品種被認為是防治病害的最佳策略,不僅能有效降低農藥的使用,對環境生態的保育及國人健康皆有莫大裨益,未來宜加速選育質優、抗逆境及病蟲害的本土自有優良品種,以期提供農民種植及增加國人消費時的選擇機會。 The present paper is described the new crop varieties to be developed during 2000-2007. 作物抗病育種的研究現況 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

利用空載多波段資料推求水稻田蒸發散量之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]利用空載高解析度、可見光與熱紅外光多波段資料,配合地面氣象站所量測得的氣象資料,針對台中縣霧峰鄉農試所的試驗田區進行蒸發散量估計。推估方法基於地表能量平衡方程式,反演的地表參數包含反照率(albedo)、地表溫度及標準差植被指數(Normalized Difference vegetation Index ; NDVI)。其中,對於地表溫度的部分,係利用NDVI推求熱紅外光波段的放射率,再利用史蒂夫波茲曼定律將亮溫( Brightness temperature)轉換為地表溫度。至於潛熱通量與可感熱的分配,則以乾、濕控制條件配合推求。本研究中,利用2003 年04 月28 號蒐集到具有充分乾、濕控制條件的影像,經由乾、濕控制像元決定了乾、濕控制曲線,並依該曲線決定影像中各像元潛熱通量與可感熱的分配比值,進而決定潛熱通量與可感熱通量,並與現場量測值做比較。證實透過多波段遙測資料推估潛熱通量與可感熱通量是可行的方法,更為水文循環提供了良好的蒸發散量空間資訊。 This paper presents a retrieval scheme for the remote sensing of evapotranspiration (ET) over rice paddy. 夜間光照時程對水稻生長、發育及產量之影響 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本研究於臺中市霧峰區之行政院農業委員會農業試驗所農場進行田間試驗,選用較低感光性稻種臺稉2號 (TK 2) 及較高感光性稻種臺稉11號 (TK 11) 為參試材料,利用高壓鈉燈 (HPSL)、水銀燈 (ML) 及不照光 (CK) 等3種光源進行兩種夜間光照 (暗期光中斷) 時程之處理 (時程I:23:30至01:30,光照2小時;時程II:23:30至24:30,光照1小時),據以探討夜間光照對不同感光性稻種生長、發育及產量之影響。經由位於不等光源距離稻株植被 (冠) 上方之光子流密度 (PPFD) 測值分佈曲線,發現概以HPSL之光輻射測值大於ML者,且均符合以距離平方倒數之遞減比例衰降,在兩參試稻種所測得之趨勢亦類似。由試驗結果發現,兩稻種植株高度對夜間額外光照反應之差異不大,單株葉片數和葉面積則因此而受到明顯促進,並增加葉片與莖桿之鮮、乾重。此一生長促進效果愈接近光源愈明顯,而2小時程之處理效應略多大於1小時時程,HPSL光源又高於ML光源。稻株生育之進展將因為夜間光照而延後 (緩),無論自插秧至50%抽穗或由50%抽穗至收穫等兩期間皆然,且愈近光源之稻株延後效應愈明顯。雖然夜間額外光照促進了稻株之生長性狀,但光敏感性較高之TK 11稻種的穗鮮、乾重卻因此而出現顯著下降現象,經分析原因主要係稻株有效分蘗百分比及稔實率減少之故,且2小時光照時程減少幅度略大於1小時,HPSL處理又高於ML處理。穗重的降低導致收穫指數顯著下降,接近光源距離2 m內的TK 11稻株甚至減為對照組的15–55%或無法抽穗。光敏感性較低之TK 2稻種受到夜間光照影響相對小於TK 11,雖然有效分蘗百分比無明顯差異,惟稔實率及千粒重的降低也造成TK 2收穫指數的下降。 Field experiments...

[[abstract]]本研究於行政院農業委員會農業試驗所農場進行田間試驗,選用較低感光性 稻種台稉2 號 (TK 2) 及較高感光性稻種台稉11 號 (TK 11) 為參試材料,利用高 壓鈉燈 (HPSL)、水銀燈 (ML) 及不照光 (CK) 等三種光源進行夜間暗期光中斷處 理 (時程介於23:30 至01:30,光照2 小時),據以探討短期夜間暗期光中斷對不 同感光性稻種生長、發育及產量之影響。由位於不等光源距離稻株植被表面上方 之光合作用光子流密度 (PPFD) 及光度測值分佈曲線,發現概以HPSL 之光輻射 測值大於ML 者,並皆符合以距離平方倒數遞減比例衰降,在兩參試稻種所測得 之趨勢類似。由於自插秧起至50%抽穗所需天數及50%抽穗至收穫所需天數均可 能因為夜間光中斷而延長,顯示暗期光中斷將可能改變稻株發育進展及生育天 數,而此一效應愈接近光源愈加明顯。暗期光中斷處理對參試稻種生長之影響, 由收穫時調查之株高、葉片數、葉面積及植株各部位 (葉片、桿、穗) 鮮重與乾重 等生長性狀顯示,ML 光照對株高的伸長效應低於HPSL 光照,兩光源處理尚且僅 有一期稻作近光源 (分別為 ≤ 2 m 及 ≤ 4 m) 稻株有輕微促進,二期稻作則幾無作 用。此兩種光源處理在兩期稻作均可提高近光源 (≤ 4 m) 稻株之葉片數及葉面 積,且TK 11 表現大於TK 2。另無論期作別,距離光源4 m 以內兩稻種植體之葉 重及桿重均增加,HPSL 之促進效果又高於ML。穗重則呈現相反結果,夜間光照 將明顯降低TK 11 收穫之稻穗重量,特別是距離光源4 m 以內稻株具有較大差異, HPSL 之抑制效果高於ML;TK 2 亦有類似現象,而以HPSL 光照差異較明顯。由 產量性狀之分析,顯示暗期光中斷將會減少TK 11...

水稻田二氧化碳吸存量之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]水稻田的二氧化碳對於溫室氣體的平衡佔有重要角色。本研究利用鮑溫比/能量平 衡系統直接量測水稻田之二氧化碳平衡。結果顯示,水稻一期作之平均二氧化碳吸存量 為22.0 g m-2 day-1,二期作為17.9 g m-2 day-1。吸存量受期作之葉面積指數影響,指數 大則固定二氧化碳量多。土壤二氧化碳通量受土壤含水量影響,但在湛水環境則通量可 忽略。比較不同量測二氧化碳吸收量的方式,和鮑溫比/能量平衡系統比較,密閉方式 可能會有低估情形,尤其是在高光環境。

稻株含氮量多光譜影像遙測系統之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本研究以多光譜影像遙測技術為基礎,自行開發出稻株含氮量多光譜影像遙測系統。在硬體研製整合上,稻株含氮量多光譜影像遙測系統成功結合多光譜影像擷取系統、定位系統及多功能田問載具系統。在軟體開發上,利用Mierosoft VisualC++ 6.0進行程式撰寫,並與Matlab 6.0及ArcView 3.1 整合,功能包含多光譜影像之擷取、定位訊號之擷取、定位訊號之座標轉換、地理資訊系統、多光譜影像分析、迴歸分析及等高線繪製。本研究採用即時動態衛星定位系統(RTK-GPS ) ,靜態定位精度分析指出x 方向(東西)最大誤差為2.5177公分,Y方向(南北)最大誤差為2.3573 公分,顯示RTK-GPS具有極準確的定位精度,利用此遙測系統提供量測平台,以便建立之水稻含氮量多光譜影像檢量模式,對於92年一期作之台農67號水稻,採用555、680及780nm三個波長進行檢量模式分析,可得到rc=0.7667 、SEC= 0.1958、rp =0.7085、SEP=0.2252之最佳結果。對於92 年一期作之台梗14 號水稻,採用555、680 及780nm三個波長進行檢量模式分析,可得到rc=0.8032、SEC =0.1441、rp=0.7285 、SEP=0.1734之最佳結果。本研究所開發之稻株含氮量多光譜影像遙測系統,能夠以非接觸、非破壞方式擷取水稻之多光譜影像,並藉由自行開發之軟體進行分析,最後輸出水稻田區之含氮量分佈圖,提供施肥的依據,為精準農業提供一套有效且準確的遙測系統。 This study is aimed to develop a multi-spectral remote imaging system to measure the nitrogen content...

穀物收穫量測定器應用於臺灣水稻產量推估可行性之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本研究之目的在探討穀物收穫量測定器(Cropton)應用於臺灣水稻產量評估之可行性,試驗採用兩種方法進行取樣,方法1為本機器標準取樣法(每取樣田依其取樣方式取6個取樣小區,每取樣小區取10株水稻,總計取60株水稻),方法2為臺灣省糧食局採用之取樣方法(每取樣田位其取樣方式取4個取樣小區,每取樣小區取25株水稻,總計取100株水稻),結果發現不同取樣方法所得機器推估產量〔Y1(方法1)及Y2(方法2)〕分別與其小區調查產量〔Y3(方法1)及Y4(方法2)〕間的相關係都已高達0.93以上,且機器推估產量與小區調查產量的迴歸決定係數(R2)值極高,所以推論本機器可代替小區調查產量用於推估臺灣水稻,機器推估產量之簡單迴歸模式分別為Y3=60.0059+0.9609(Y1),R2=0.940;Y4=99.7731+1.0268(Y2),R2=0.866。至於機器推估與大面積實割產量則不呈一定高估或低估的趨勢,且其變異性頗大,推估能力較弱,故本機器似無法直接用在本省稻穀產量之推估。同時,小區調查產量對農民實割產量之推估力亦弱,而在兩種取樣方法裡均以方法1較方法2較能掌握樣品田稻株族群的變異性,有較好的推估結果。

精準農業水稻試驗農場之建立與運作 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]精準農業是八十年代初期國際農業領域發展的一門新技術,其管理耕地的方式是以經濟、合理之農業投入,來獲得各方面最高回報的一種管理策略,對環境衝擊最小,是農業發展的必然趨勢。為因應世界潮流及配合國內整體試驗研究需要,「水稻精準農業體系研究」先驅計畫特於本所設置共同試驗農場,面積10. 83 公頃,共分164小區,每小區25 × 25 平方公尺,辦理農場硬體規劃施設及農機整備。以農場運作為主體,接納各不同領域專家之試驗要求,引進相關概念與技術,研擬建立作業流程與管理體系,進行大面積水稻栽培,藉以提供各學門專家同時進行相關調查研究,於經營管理運作過程中求取經驗,探討日後建立精準農業耕作管理體系之可能方向,並將各田區在各方專家提供條件下,其於栽培過程中遭遇之問題與生產結果提供各方參考。經一年兩期作之結果,目前的農耕管理作業符合精準農業之需求,各田區問亦能因品種、插秧期、氣候、土壤、地震及前期作等不同因素影響表現其差異,可供各方來年規劃進一步試驗研究之參考。
