小型聯合收穫機試造 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]1. 進口之聯合收穫機雖作業性能良好,但由於機構複雜,容易故障,且價格高昂,每台需新臺幣二十餘萬元,收穫水稻無法降低作業成本,因此研究試造構造簡單、廉價實用之收穫機,期能推進水稻收穫作業全面機械化。 2.行走機構改用六輪驅動式代替橡皮帶,簡化機構並增加機器之機動性。但六輪驅動機構在田間之轉向性能差,頗影響工作效率,故改用輸胎和橡皮履帶可交換式之機構,使在田間作業時仍用履帶,而在路上行走時則改用輸胎。接地壓為0.38kg/cm2,若欲減少到0.2kg/cm2以下,則重量應大幅減至570kg以下。 3. 切割刀稻及搬送原預定採用構造較簡單之旁送鏈條和扶桿將割下之稻束輸送到脫穀部,但由於作業性能不佳,稻束易發生零亂,故改採用旁送鏈條和星狀輸之輸送機構,因此割切輸送部之構造未能達到簡化目的。 4. 脫穀部省去選別部及送回處理機構,並改用上置式脫穀法,效果仍然良好,已達簡化機構之目的。 5. 試造機之初步田間作業性能如下: 每分地(約0.1公頃)收穫作業時間約需80分鐘,比預期時間60分差20分,各機件之運動速度需再檢討。 穀粒損失中排塵口損失在晴天平均0.21%,雨天1.18%,未脫粒損失晴天平均1.33%,雨天0.74%,總損失未超出3%之標準,情況相當良好。 6. 若能將行車速率提高到0.6~0.7公尺/秒,則作業成本將可大幅度降低,每公頃在3,000元以下,即可促進製造及推廣。 7. 本試驗機繼續研究改良極可能成功。 1. 摘心與MH葉面撒布對柴胡收量及品質影響之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]為探討摘心與MH(Maleic hydrazide)處理對於柴胡根產量及品質之影響,舉行本試驗,自1974年8月至1975年7月止。供試材料為日本型柴胡,分七個不同摘心與MH葉面撒布處理。試驗結果摘述如下:1. 摘心對地下部的不定根發生多,品質劣化,但收量增加2.99/plant(表1)。2. MH處理者根收量減少,但MH撒布後可抑制不定根的發生,故品質較好,其中以撒布5,000ppm濃度時,品質為最佳。3. 摘心可提高根中的Saponin含量(表1)。MH處理則相反,其含量有降低之趨勢。 The objectives of this experiment were to find out the effects of topping and MH (maleic hydrazide) application on the quality and root yield of a medicinal plant, Bupleurum falcatum L. 斜紋夜盜蟲(Spodoptera litura Fab.)之寄生蜂 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本文報導木省產斜紋夜盜蟲(Spodoptera litura Fab., Noctuidae, Lepidoptera)之天敵。計有膜翅目天敵4科、8屬、10種。分別為Snellenius manilae, Microplitis pallidipes, M. tuberculifer, Apanteles ruficrus, A. plutellae, Meteorus sp.(Braconidae); Campoletis chlorideae, Charops bicolor (Inheeumonidae) Euplectrus sp. (Eulophidae)及Triohogramma dondrolimi (Tricho-grammatidae)。其中除T. dondrolimi為卵期寄生蜂外,其餘概為幼蟲期寄生。又其中7種如M. pallidipes, M. tuberculifer, A. plutellae, Meteorus sp. 新育成抵抗褐飛蝨水稻品種(系)室內抗蟲反應及其田間表現 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本省新育成抵抗褐飛蝨水稻嘉農秈11號等品種(系)之抗蟲行為,經室內、網室及田問試驗觀察,判斷係由中等程度之「寄主非偏好」、「被害容忍」以及較弱之「抗生作用」等抗蟲機制聯合表現的結果。在無其他寄主可供選擇情況下,褐飛蝨可在嘉農秈11號等品種(系)水稻上繁殖為害,但抗蟲品種(系)對高密度褐飛蝨為害之容忍程度約為感蟲品種臺中在來1號或臺南5號的兩倍。然而由於褐飛蝨較不喜歡在嘉農秈11號等品種(系)水稻上棲息取食,因此在室內有其他寄主可供選擇,或在田問自然情況下,褐飛蝨在抗蟲品種(系)水稻上之棲羣成長非常緩慢,往往在臺中在來1號或臺南5號每欉水稻有褐飛蝨達數百隻時,棲息於嘉農秈11號等抗蟲品種(系)上者,每欉仍然在10隻以下,其結果當感蟲品種受害枯萎時,嘉農秈11號等抗蟲品種(系)水稻受害仍頗輕微。藥劑保護可使臺中在來1號及臺南5號等每公頃增產稻谷達二千餘公斤,增產率平均高達55%左右。但施用藥劑對嘉農秈11號等抗蟲品種(系)並無顯著效益,表示藉栽培室內檢定屬於中等程度之抗蟲品種(系)在田間即足以抑制褐飛蝨之棲羣成長及為害。抗蟲品種水稻並不影響飛蝨類捕食或寄生天敵之活動,兩者可相互配合運用於水稻害蟲之綜合防治體系。 The brown planthopper, Nilaparvata lugens is an important insect pest of rice in Taiwan. 本省水稻田土壤有效矽與其他理化性質之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]1. 研究之土壤樣本共413個,選自全省各地。分析項目共七項,其目的在尋求水稻田土壤之有效矽與其他理化性之相關,以說明其應用問題。 2. 本省水稻土壤種類及其有效矽之含量見表一,沖積土之表土有效矽之平均值自7.1~29.8mg/100g,以安山岩質沖積土含量較豐,泥岩質者次之,粕板岩質者再次之,砂岩頁岩質者更次之,片岩質者較低,105個表土之總平均值為13.3mg/100g。 3. 水稻田土壤之質地與有效矽含量之關係見表二,不論沖積土與紅黃壤之水田,除壤質砂土外,其各種質地土壤均以粕重者其有效矽含量亦高,反之,輕鬆者則相對減低。 4. 水稻田土壤之有機質與有效矽含量之關係見表三,表土有機質多在1~3%內, 其含量之高低隨有效矽成正相關關係,土壤之反應與土壤之有效矽亦呈正相關關係,見圖一。 5. 應用統計方法,求出各種土壤或各地區土壤之有效矽與其他化學性質之劃目關,及其迥歸係數見表四及表五,就中以PH值之正相關最顯著,CEC之負相關則不顯著。 6. 本省水稻田土壤之有效矽含量,多在中等以上,其在10mg/1009以下者僅占分析總數1/10,在4mg/100g以下者占1/80。 1. 413 soil samples were selected from various location of whole province. 7 items of physico-chemical properties were analyzed. 東方果蠅DACUS DORSALIS HENDEL為害木瓜調查 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]東方果蠅在木瓜園週年均有出現,以夏、秋兩季最多,冬季次之,春季最少。其在一天中之活動,乃隨氣溫之高低而不同。上午9時之氣溫在22℃以下,則出現之蟲數,多在9時至15時之間。但在25℃以上,則以天亮至9時之間出現最多。天氣之變化亦可影響其出現之多寡,一般以高溫而晴朗的天氣出現最多,陰雨時較少,低溫(14℃以下)而又陰天未有誘得的紀錄,但雨後放晴,則其蟲數突較常日為多。 調查各成熟度日陞品種木瓜4,735個,及高寶品種木瓜1,275個,始終沒有篩到一個東方果蠅的蛹,亦沒有東方果蠅在木瓜果實上產卵之跡象。在臺灣之自然狀態下,供商業販賣採收成熟之木瓜果實,尚未發現東方果蠅之為害。 The investigation was carried out during 1973 to 1975. 柑桔、梨及蘋果樹葉片營養診斷之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]利用本省各地果園氮肥田間試驗地之桶柑、椪柑、蘋果、梨樹為材料,進行葉 片無機養分化學分析作為葉片營養診斷之基礎研究。氮肥施用量試驗結果,顯示對果實產量每棵50公斤之桶柑及極椪柑樹氮肥施用適量為每棵氮素N 500克。對5年生蘋果及梨幼樹之氮肥施用適量為每棵氮素N 300克。 葉片養分濃度隨季節的變化甚大。桶柑及椪柑葉片之氮、磷、鉀、鎂濃度在八月左右為最高,以後葉齡愈老其養分濃度逐漸減低;但相反的,葉齡愈老鈣濃度愈高。一般未結果枝條葉片比結果枝條者氮、磷、鉀濃度較高,而鈣、鎂濃度較低。土壤氮肥施用可影響葉氮濃度之外,土壤肥力情況亦可影響葉片養分濃度。 蘋果、梨葉片之氮、磷濃度在春天新葉為最高,尤其氮濃度甚高,以後葉片愈成熟,氮濃度迅速降低,而磷濃度緩慢降低,鈣濃度反而逐漸增高,鉀濃度變動不定。據各種果樹葉片分析結果,顯示營養診斷之葉片取樣以在八月採取未結果枝條中間之葉片為適宜。 據本研究之結果及參考其他研究者報告資料,對本省之極柑、桶柑、蘋果、梨樹之葉片無機養分標準濃度,建議如下表,供為葉片分析營養診斷之參考。 Leaf analysis of mineral nutrients has been carried out in order to study nutritional diagnosis of fruit trees, i. e. 氮肥用量、栽培季節、行距及成熱度對暗玉米蛋白質含量的影響 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本試驗以兩個暗玉米單交種,分別在臺北及臺中兩地研究不同栽培季節(春作及秋作),氮素用量(60,100,140kg/ha),行距(60及80公分)及成熟度對子粒蛋白質含量的影響,以供高蛋白育種選拔時之參考。結果顯示單交種(TA604-1 B × TA 614-P)較單交種(TA602-3 C × TA 611-1 B)之蛋白質含量為高。春作平均蛋白質含量13.88%,高於秋作12.29%。氮素用量提高則蛋白質含量亦隨之增加,三種氮素用量的蛋白質含量各為12.51%,13.17%,及13.57%,差異顯著。行距不同對蛋白質含量影響很少,可能由於寬行距80公分已很密植,而不再顯示影響。 蛋白質分析時樣品之採取,由於同一果穗不同部位的子粒,以及同一值株不同果穗之蛋白質含量,均無顯著的差異,故分析蛋白質含量時不需考慮值株上果穗的位置及果穗上子粒的部位。玉米成熟度對蛋白質含量有很大的影響,未熟玉米含有較高的蛋白質,愈趨成熟含量愈低,春作在四週後,冬季裡作七週後蛋白質含量才趨穩定,故欲比較不同品種或分離族羣值株間之蛋白質含量,必需收穫充分成熟之果穗。 The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of various environmental factors on the protein content of opaque-2 corn in order to facilitate the selection of high protein lines in a breeding program. 水田土壤特性與水稻收量之關係研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]為探討中部粘板岩沖積土性質與水稻生長及產量的關係,62年度在濁水溪灌溉區域內溪州、田尾、西螺及北斗四鄉鎮,各依當地水稻產量高低選取二處,共計八處,包括粘板岩新舊沖積上,分屬六種不同土系,同時進行田閒及溫室水稻栽培試驗。結果盆栽試驗與田問甚相符合,凡田間收量低者,盆栽亦低。就水稻生育期中,每隔兩星期採取土壤溶液測定結果,顯示稻穀收量除與土壤氮、磷、鉀釋放能力有顯著正相關關係以外,並與土壤溶液之PH值,HCO3-及Ca2+之含量呈顯著負相關關係,而田問結果認為稻穀收量與土壤排水性能或水分滲透率甚有關係。 為配合田間試驗,仍以濁水溪粕板岩沖積土在本所溫室舉行盆栽試驗,以探討土壤肥力,排水與否對於稻穀收量之影響。共用土壤36個,分別採自濁水溪流域田間試驗地區,處理分排水與否兩種,排水者水自試驗盆底側所裝之玻璃管排出,每日約1公分。重複兩次,計36×2×2=144盆,依逢機區集法排列於溫室,肥料施用量各盆相同,為N 80ppm,P及K各50ppm。 本試驗共植水稻二期,一期作自63年2月至8月;二期作自63年8月至64年1月。結果摘要如下: 1. 土壤性質與稻穀產量之關係與稻穀產量關係最密切的土壤性質為土壤的陽離子交換總量(CEC)及有機質(O. M.),有效磷(Available P)的含量,均與稻穀產量成顯著正相關關係;而土壤的pH及交換性鈣的含量則與稻穀產量有顯著負相關關係。 2. 土壤溶液內化學成分含量與稻穀產量之關係稻穀產量與土壤溶液內之PH值,HCO3-及Ca2+之含量呈顯著負相關關係,與土壤溶液內NH4+,P,Fe2+及有機酸的含量呈顯著正相關關係。有機酸對水稻產量的影響應係其對土壤溶液PH的影響而來。...

水稻抗稻熱病多品系品種及混合品種之抗病性、生產力及品質之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本試驗主要目的在探討水稻多品系品種及混台品種對稻熱病的抵抗性、生產力及稻米品質。經在本省北、中、南部稻熱病猖獗地區試驗結果顯示:混合品種或多品系品種之抗病性均較對照品種強,而混台品種之抗病性又較多品系品種強,但以三處所(臺北、臺中、嘉義)所選出的抗病系統組成的較二處所(臺北、臺中)所組成的抗病。多品系品種則以抗六種不同生理小種所組成的品種較抗五種不同生理小種所組成者抗病。 稻穀產量,第一期作,坪林(臺北縣)試區以品種M-8-1產量最高,較對照品種增產50%,其他各供試品種之增產幅度為45%~7.3%之間。白河(臺南縣)試區稻熱病較他二試區嚴重,種植混合品種或多品系品種之效益更為明顯,如品種C-8-1、M-8-1、M-8-2較對照品種約增收三倍左右。萬巒(屏東)試區,供試品種之增產幅度為32%~2.5%為之間(除品種C-5-2)。第二期作,除坪林發生病害顯示其效益外,其他二試區未發生葉稻熱病為害,混合品種之效益未能顯示。 經測定米粒品質後發現:米粒品質之優劣與品種抗病性有極大關係,尤以米粒的透明度、腹白、心白最為明顯,如以此三種性狀來表示米質的良否,混合品種或多品系品種較對照品種有較優的表現。 The present study was aimed to compare the blast resistance, productivity and grain quality between the multiline and composite varieties of rice. 水稻紋枯病菌單擔胞子菌株間之培養性狀、抗藥性和病徵型之比較 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本研究以自然環境下發生於黃麻田間成熟黃麻株接近地面莖部之Thanatephorus cucumeris子實層所分離之17個單擔胞子菌株和母菌株(分離自次子實層菌絲單綑胞)為材料。各單擔胞子菌株之培養性狀,包括菌絲生長速度、培養基酸鹼度之變化、菌落色澤和菌核產生情形等,不但和母菌株不盡相同,而且菌株間亦互不一致。少數菌株對五氯硝苯(PCNB)之抗性和母菌株相似,但大部份菌株之抗藥性均有增強之趨勢。 供試各菌株對黃麻幼苗均有病原性,罹病幼苗於近地面莖部初呈水浸狀斑點,繼之呈黑褐色不規則形斑塊,略凹陷,俟病斑擴大環繞全莖後表皮裂開,纖維裸露,並自病患處腰折枯死。各菌株對水稻亦有不同程度之病原性,但病徵型却可分成三種:7個菌株和母菌株之病徵型相同,產生典型紋枯病雲狀病斑;另4個菌株產生較小型類似紋枯病之斑駁,惟病斑中央為灰褐色;其餘6個菌株產生褐色條狀斑,並具淡黃色暈圈。 Seventeen single-basidiospore isolates were isolated from the hymenial layer of Thanatephorus cucumeris produced on the mature jute stem in the field.
