絲瓜園扁蝸牛之發生與防治研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]扁蝸牛(Bradybena similaris(Férussac))為南部絲瓜園主要有害動物,食性雜、分佈廣。絲瓜園內主要分佈於支柱、地面及植株上。成蝸產卵於淺土內,約20~30粒為一堆。初孵化幼蝸為3螺層,成熟蝸為5~6螺層,蝸牛之體重受環境、氣候及食物之影響,以夏季最重,春、秋季次之,冬季最輕,扁蝸牛整年均可發生,其棲群密度由5月逐增,7月中旬達最高峰,10月後驟減,於絲瓜主幹及支柱地際部環施6%聚乙醛粒劑,可有效誘殺及阻斷扁蝸牛爬到植株上為害,且殘效持至21天。 Flate snail (Bradybaena similaris (Férussac)) is a destructive animal on sponge grourd in southern Taiwan. Being polyphagous, its host range is wide and the population is distributed mainly on holders, ground and plant in the field of sponge gourd. After hatching, there were 3 whorls on the room of young snail and 5-6 whorls on mature snail. 臺灣地區西瓜根瘤線蟲之發生及防治 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本省西瓜栽作型態大抵分為三種:旱田輪作、蔗田輪作、及河床地連作;其罹患根瘤線蟲之發病率分別為55%,57.5%,及60%,病原主要為南方根瘤線蟲(Meloidogyne incognita)爪哇根瘤線蟲(M. javanica)次之。旱田西瓜園之根瘤線蟲族群高峰期在7月至9月間,而12月至1月較低;蔗田西瓜園之高峰期自6月至10月,而低族群密度在1月至3月,河床地西瓜園之根瘤線蟲族群消長曲線最尖,在7、8兩個月為高峰,11月後族群顯著地降低。田間調查結果顯示,根瘤線蟲和蔓割病菌之複合感染率,以河床地之16.5%為最高,蔗田之11.5%次之,旱田之11%最低。田間防治試驗結果顯示,以施用幾丁質添加物(Clandosan),殺線蟲劑抗蟲得(10% Controven G.),及燻蒸劑溴化甲院(Bromomethane)對根瘤線蟲之防治效果最佳,其根瘤指數分別為2.0、2.1及2.8和對照組之4.0有顯著差異;而果實品質以施用幾丁質添加物者最佳;其平均甜度為11.5Brix;產量則各處理間以幾丁質添加物及一般有機質添加物為最好,但統計分析結果,差異不顯著。

[[abstract]]橫式排列之脫莢系統,應用在夾持式落花生收穫機,可消除直式平行排列脫莢設計在作業時,因脫莢死角所造成之株高限制與殘留問題;使落花生收穫機之作業性能獲得實質之改善,提高收穫機構對植株高度限制之因應能力,降低脫莢作業後之殘留率,使本收穫設計更實用化。 The crosswise picking system can be applied to eliminate the restriction of plant heights and the picking loss which result from the dead zone at picking area, as the parallel threshing device is used. It can promote the working efficiency of the TARI peanut harvester and makes the harvester more applicable for changes of the field feature.

葡萄晚腐病菌之致病性 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]葡萄晚腐病是由Glomerella cingulata所引起。本病為本省葡萄栽培上最重要的果實病害之一。病原菌於高溫多雨的氣候下,經常造成葡萄產業的嚴重損失。由不同地區分離所得的晚腐病菌接種至田間各生長期的『巨峰』葡萄果實,均能造成感染,並表現病徵。在接種葡萄幼果後呈現壞疽斑點的部位,可發現其果肉組織內有菌絲的生長,並能產生少量的分生抱子。而病原菌在果實組織內蔓延的速度是隨果實成熟度的提高而加快。影響病原菌在不同生長期果實組織內蔓延速度差異的原因,應是來自果實汁液組成分的變化。由採收前六週至採收前一週,『巨峰』葡萄果實汁液的pH值由2.93增至3.56,糖度則由3.8增至16.7;而菌絲的生長量則驟增17倍。果實汁液內糖度的急劇增加及有機酸含量的降低,可能是造成晚腐病菌在葡萄成熟果實內快速生長的重要因子。 Ripe rot of grape caused by Glomerella cingulata is a prevalent grape disease in Taiwan. [[abstract]]農試型落花生聯合收穫機之前處理部在加裝強制送株機構及輔助分株機構後,可穩定植株之夾持位置並突破徒長植株交纏積堵之瓶頸;排株機構因強制脫離與頂出機構之輔助,植株之排出作用確實而無回纏之弊。前集莢帶與裝袋機主動軸經改良後機構之負荷減輕,裝袋機無滑動現象,故送莢作業確實無夾裂之虞。本型收穫機之作業性能已因前述機構之修正與改良而更趨穩定,單位時間之有效工作能量亦因而大幅提高。 Employment of forced plant conveyor with auxiliary divider to the front assembly to replace the old one is studied. This device can make the plant holding upright more stably and eliminates the winding problems resulted from abnormal long vines. [[abstract]]於藺草臺農選1號之生育中、後期,配合氮肥施用鉀肥,每公頃施用鉀素(K2O)量為75、150、225及300kg/ha四種變級,分別以氯化鉀施用(A)125、(B)250、(C)375與(D)500kg/ha,及以硫酸鉀施用(E)150、(F)300、(G)450與(H)600kg/ha,計八種處理,並以不施鉀肥區(I)為對照,探討對藺草品質與產量之影響。結果發現一、二級草總和莖數率(100cm以上)以施用250kg/ha氯化鉀處理最高,對藺草品質之提昇有最好的效果。每公頃乾草產量以施用氯化鉀375kg/ha處理稍高,唯長草量較低。施用鉀肥確可提昇藺草品質,但對產量影響較小。肥效比較發現施用氯化鉀之肥效有比硫酸鉀優異之趨勢,顯示藺草品質似受氯根之影響較不明顯。鉀素利用率對藺草品質與產量並無直接影響,但鉀素吸收量與植體含鉀濃度均與長草率有顯著相關。 The effects of KC1 and K2SO4 fertilizers applied at the middle and late growing stages on the grass quality and yield of mat rush cv. [[abstract]]鮮菇超級片型切製機由上滑動刀座總成、下固定刀鉆、下固定刀座及機座組成,切製菇茸時由於滑動刀座受彈簧反彈作用可自動將成品推離刀鉆承座而落入預置容器中;其成品切面平整,經烘乾後外觀不變形,適合生產高品質菇茸片之用,以本機切製菇茸片型產品,平均每小時可切製菇茸1,600個。 The fresh mushroom chopper consists of a upper sliding assembly and a bottom seat with frame. During the operation, the chopped mushroom is pushed off from the bottom seat as a result of the affect of the reset spring and then goes down to the receiver. The cut surface of the product is smooth and flat. The whole slice will maintain its original shape after the drying process. The apparatus is good for producing the baby mushroom slices of high quality. The average working speed reaches about 1600 pieces. per hour.
