Nous décrivons une forme mélanique de l’eudémis de la vigne, Lobesia botrana, provenant de l’élevage maintenu à l’Inra de Bordeaux, France. À partir de la descendance des croisements avec la forme typique, F1, F2 et rétrocroisements, nous montrons que la forme mélanique est déterminée génétiquement et que l’hérédité est contrôlée par un gène récessif non lié au sexe (Roe). En outre, nous discutons des possibilités d’utilisation pratique du marqueur génétique dans des essais au champ et en laboratoire.

Parameter estimation for complex process models used in agronomy or the environmental sciences is important, because it is a major determinant of model redictive power, and difficult, because the models and associated data are complex. Statistics provides guidance for parameter estimation under various assumptions concerning model error, but it is hard to know which assumptions are most acceptable for these models. We therefore propose a collection of parameter estimation methods. All are based on weighted least squares, but different assumptions lead to different weights. Disruption mechanisms of pheromone communication in the European grape moth Lobesia botrana Den and Schiff. III. Sensory adaptation and habituation Inra

Disruption experiments were carried out under vineyard conditions and in the laboratory. Males from laboratory cultures were conditioned in an atmosphere permeated with pheromone (E7 Z9-12Ac), marked externally with fluorescent powder, and released in the middle of vine plots. They were then trapped in a series of traps baited with virgin females or dispensers loaded with various amounts of pheromone. Over 10,000 males were released in these experiments between 19 May and 22 July. Electroantennography tests were used for studying olfactory sensitivity in pheromone-permeated air by measuring the EAG responses of male antennae in constant pheromone air-flows. Soil-Vegetation-Atmosphere Transfer Models (SVAT) and Crop Simulation Models describe physical and physiological processes occurring in crop canopies. Remote sensing data may be used through assimilation procedures for constraining or driving SVAT and crop models. These models provide continuous simulation of processes such as evapotranspiration and, thus, direct means for interpolating evapotranspiration between remote sensing data acquisitions (which is not the case for classical evapotranspiration mapping methods). La confusion sexuelle chez l'eudemis Lobesia botrana (Lepidoptera Tortricidae). Bilan de 5 annees d'experimentation dans un vignoble bordelais Inra

L’étude, en collaboration entre l’INRA et la société BASF, a débuté en 1989 sur un vignoble de 8 ha, et s’est poursuivie de 1990 à 1993 sur une superficie totale de 12 ha en Sauternais. L’efficacité de la méthode de confusion est évaluée par l’utilisation d’un réseau de parcelles traitées ou non traitées chimiquement. Tout le vignoble est placé sous confusion sexuelle dès la première génération, à l’exception d’une zone de 2 ha dans laquelle des diffuseurs ne sont installés qu’au début de la seconde. L’observation de la population naturelle de l’insecte sur cette zone en première génération permet d’apprécier la valeur de zones de référence non traitées, situées à 0,5 et 1,5 km de là, utilisées pour juger de l’efficacité du procédé.
