| A phylogenetic study of the species in Boletus sect. Boletus was undertaken using the molecular markers ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 and Gap dh. Four well-supported lineages, one comprising Boletus edulis s.l., the others referring to B. aereus, B. reticulatus and B. pinophilus have been distinguished. The ML and MP trees of ITS showed remarkably low resolution within the B. edulis clade, and confirmed earlier published results, despite the use of samples from a wider geographical area and different hosts. The results of Gap dh demonstrate clearly that this low resolution must be ascribed to a low genetic variability with the B. edulis clade, and make clear that morphological and ecological characters have been overestimated within this species complex. | Twaalf jaar geleden waren er nog geen Nelima-soorten bekend uit ons land. In 2004 en 2006 werden respectievelijk N. sempronii en N. doriae ontdekt. Beide soorten komen ten zuidoosten van ons land voor, en hebben naar alle waarschijnlijkheid Nederland recent bereikt. In 2012 werd op de Maasvlakte een derde vertegenwoordiger van dit genus gevonden: Nelima gothica. De vindplaats lijkt te wijzen op introductie door de mens. Gezien het voorkomen in de ons omringende landen is echter niet uit te sluiten dat hij van oudsher tot onze fauna behoort of recent op eigen kracht Nederland heeft bereikt. Hij zou op meer plaatsen langs de kust kunnen voorkomen. We presenteren de nieuwe soort en geven een overzicht van de vier Noordwest-Europese Nelima-soorten. |

| O artigo recorre à abordagem 'Advocacy Coalition Framework' para apresentar uma leitura da formulação das políticas ambientais européias. As estruturas institucionais e o contexto histórico que influenciam os processos políticos são descritos brevemente. Dois estudos de caso permitem mostrara complexidade do processo de formulação das políticas européias, as quais são apresentadas como processos mais amplos do que tentativas simples de encontrar soluções técnicas para problemas ambientais.
