In this manual a review is provided of the chemical and toxicological aspects of Amnesic Shellfish Poisoning (ASP). The document contains information on chemical structure, chemical data, where to obtain standards and reference materials, the origin and occurrence, chemical analysis, mouse bioassay, epidemiology, mechanisms of action, symptoms and therapeutics. Dans le cadre des études de faisabilité visant à l'introduction de la palangre améliorée et du vire -ligne dans la pêche artisanale sénégalaise. Des essais ont été menés au CRODT les résultats ont montrés que la techniques était adaptable au Sénégal et la palangre est largement utilisée au Sénégal

En general, los peces que se pescan en el Río de la Plata y Océano Atlántico, frente a nuestras costas, son poco afectados por formaciones neoplásicas. Sin embargo el osteoma sale de la regla y aparece abundantemente en distintas especies, principalmente la corvina (Micropogon opercularis) y la pescadilla (Cynoscion stratus).

The immune response of tilapia Oreochromis mossambicus and its susceptibility to Streptococcus iniae under stress in low and high temperatures OceanDocs

Mozambique tilapia Oreochromis mossambicus acclimated to 27 °C were then held at 19, 23, 27 (control), 31 and 35 °C, and were examined for non-specific cellular and humoral responses after 12–96 h. Total leucocyte count decreased significantly when fish were transferred to 19 and 23 °C after 48 and 96 h, and when transferred to 35 °C over 12–96 h, respectively. Respiratory burst decreased significantly when fish were transferred to 19, 31 and 35 °C over 24–96 h, whereas phagocytic activity and phagocytic index decreased significantly when fish were transferred to low temperatures (19 and 23 °C) and high temperatures (31 and 35 °C) over 12–96 h.
