洋菇胞子長期貯存方法研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]利用真空乾燥以長期保存微生物的方法已被世界學者所重視,筆者亦曾以Sordelli氏保存管,應用於洋菇胞子的貯存,獲得良好的結果,惟該氏保存管,如能改用安瓶管的貯存管(如圖一),在真空度與乾燥方面,更可以得到長期確切的保證,本試驗在二年內利用安瓶管貯存管保存洋菇胞子無論置於-20,-4,0,5,25℃及室內常溫下貯存,經培養後均能在十天內以肉眼看到正常發育的洋菇菌絲,同時在產量上,於二年栽培所得亦無減產的現象。 Proservation of microorganisms by using vacuum-drying methods has long been noticed. A good result was also obtained by employing the method of Sordelli for the storage of basidiospores of Agaricus bisporus. However, a better result has been obtained if an ampoule was used instead of the larger test tube as described earlier by the authors. Spores retained viability after two years’ storage in a vacuum-dried ampoule kept at -20°, -4°, 0°, 50, 25°C and room temperature. No decrease in mushroom yield was observed during two years’ experiments.

溫度對于不同大豆品種開花至成熟日數之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本研究之目的在探究大豆不同成熟性品種於不同溫度及日照處理下,對始花至成熟所需日數之影響,以供育種及栽培上之參考,供試品種分早熟以十石及Clark 63為代表,中熟以多生豆及臺大高雄五號為代表,晚熟以臺農2號(R)及和歌島為代表,溫度處理分高溫及常溫兩種,光照處理分自然日長,8小時日長及10小時日長三種,本試驗於56年夏作及57年春作分別舉行。玆將試驗之結果摘述如下: (一)不同溫度及光照處理對於始花日期之影響因品種及期作而異,在夏作栽培時十石,多生豆及Clark 63三品種之始花期均在9月8~9日,較臺大高雄五號,臺農2號(R)及和歌島三品種之始花期在9月16~17日約提早一週,同一品種在高溫與常溫或不同光照處理下之始花期並無差異,在春作栽培時,始花日期以十石及Clark 63為最早,臺農2號(R)及和歌島次之,多生豆及臺大高雄五號為最晚,此與夏作有顯明不同,同一品種在高溫較常溫下之始花期略有提早之傾向,而光照處理對始花期之影響則不大顯明。 (二)在不同溫皮及光照處理下,各品種間對成熟期之反應頗有不同,大體言之,在夏作栽培時除臺農2號(R)在常溫區較高雄區有提早成熟之現象,而其他5個品種在常溫區較高溫區有延遲成熟之現象,在三種不同光照處理下,品種之成熟期亦頗有差異,其中十石,多生豆及Clark 63三品種無論在高溫或低溫處理時自然日長之成熟期多較8小時或10小時日長為早,而臺大高雄5號、臺農2號(R)及和歌島三個品種之差異不明顯。在春作栽培時除多生豆及和歌島外高溫區之成熟期較常溫區略為提早。此點與夏作試驗結果恰為相反,三種不同光照處理對成熟期之影響因品種而異。...

甘藷簇葉病之研究(I) Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]1. 甘藷品系對簇葉病感病性嫁接試驗結果,第一批已罹病品系有臺農10號等73種。病徵分為A,B,C,D四型,不同品系之病徵有顯著之差異,可知其感病性亦有差異,由於品系間耐病性之測定可以選擇抗病性品種。 2. 11月至翌年2月間,由於冬季低溫環境之影響,各甘藷苗經嫁接接種感染後至病徵出現之潛伏期,長達4至5個月。 3. 田間發病嚴重區,不同品種間發病程度亦有差異,其發病株率計為,金瓜接44%,菜頭接20%,紅心尾5.8%。 4. 甘藷簇葉病病株熱處理結果,病株之耐溫界限為,溫水處理54℃ 5分鐘,50℃ 30分鐘,以下。在此耐溫界限下,熱處理之效果,未能殺滅其病原。 5. 本病經嫁接接種在 Ipomoea Pes-caprae sweet及Ipomoea Nil Roth之結果,顯示典型之花器葉化,枝葉短小,叢生,萎黃病微,與新海昭(1964)報告之琉球甘藷天狗巢病相類似。 This paper reports the experimental results on varietal resistance. 稻米品質比較試驗(I) Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]為明暸省產稻米品質,民國55年一、二期在省農試所圃場同一條件下,栽植臺中65號等本省產重要品種梗米15品種(內日本種4,在來種2,蓬萊什種9品種),就糙米進行品質有關成份之分析調查,所得成績乃如見於表1~2。 調查結果顯示,在來種(印度型)稻蛋白量及顆粒澱粉比特別高而其他成份即全般的較低(灰份例外)等,尚可看出化學成份與品質有關(表4)。 依照本調查成績,日本型稻除一期作顆粒澱粉比略有差違可見外,其他各成份即概與蓬萊什種相差無幾,因此似可判定引進在來血統對米之品質尚無多大影響可言。 在本調查發現米之蛋白與澱粉具有負之相關關係(一期 r =-0.578,二期 r =- 0.507),就其他成份而言,蛋白尚與灰份,顆粒澱粉(+)及可溶固形物(-)有關模樣。蓋因本調查所用之樣本數僅為15個,上述關係能否成立應俟擴大試驗調查始得明嘹之。 In order to make an information on the quality of rice in Taiwan, a chemical study was conducted in 1966. [[abstract]]民國56年擴大試驗調查範圍,由全省各地採集水稻梗米重要品種(原種),一期23品種49品樣,二期22品種33品樣,就糙米進行品質有關之成份分析,所得成績概要如見於表一~表二。 本年度成績結果略與55年度所得者同。即在來種蛋白量及顆粒澱粉比特別高,而可溶固形物量即全般的較為低等,顯見品種因素對成份品質之影響甚大。在本年度調查成績,尚發現環境因素對稻米成份品質有關,如北部地區產之純日本型稻蛋白量之奇高及其顆粒澱粉比之未如理想等,似應歸地方性之影響。 綜合55,56二年間調查成績,即知蛋白與灰份.澱粉及顆粒澱粉有關;至於其他成份,雖可溶固形物量對顆粒澱粉比影響甚鉅,但其相關不大顯著固定,應俟日後試驗研討,始得決定之。 An extensive survey on the quality of rice in Taiwan was conducted in 1967. 稻紋枯病病原菌菌核之病原性 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本試驗係檢討稻紋枯病菌菌核切開小塊時之病原性是否有差異及該菌核之侵害持續時間,其結果如下︰ 稻紋枯病菌菌核曾切開成為 , , 及 後其病原性和無切開菌核之差異不大,均維持強度的病原性。但其病斑大小愈切開呈小塊其病斑愈小。供試抽穗期的水稻,接種各葉鞘時,自上向下第2葉鞘的感病程度(病斑數,病斑長)最高,其次為劍葉,再其次為第3葉鞘。 同一菌核接種於孕穗期的稻葉鞘,經過4天形成病斑後,將該菌核取下再接種於另支葉鞘,如此連續接種者每次都可減低侵害能力,至第5次就全部失卻病原性。另如每次取下菌核並經陰乾後再接種時,其侵害能力僅維持3次。 In this experiment the pathogenicity of the cutted scierotia of rice sheath blight fungus and the invading ability continued period of the scierotia were reported. 粒狀殺蟲劑防治菜豆害蟲試驗 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]](1) 經本試驗二年三作之試驗結果,可明瞭本省北部菜豆生育初期之主要害虫,以根潛蠅、莖潛、豆蚜、紅蜘蛛及三紋螟蛾為主,其中根潛蠅以夏秋季為主要發生期,為害甚為嚴重;而莖潛蠅則以夏季為主要發生期,蚜虫及紅蜘蛛以春、秋二季為主要發生期,三紋螟蛾則於夏季發現。 (2) 如欲綜合預防菜豆生育初期之害虫,如根潛蠅、莖潛蠅、紅蜘蛛、蚜虫等而採用5% PSP204粒劑,似應以每公頃20公斤之藥量,於播種前先施於種穴後蓋土約3公分為可靠(表一、二、三),且其有效期間可維持至播種後40天左右。至於每公頃施用10及15kg之處理,雖然也有效力,但比較上較差,且其藥量過少,施藥不易均勻(表一),又PSP204G對三紋螟蛾之防治效力雖比對照區顯著,但不如其他藥劑如Di-syston,Solvirex及Thimet等粒劑之理想。 (3) 5% Di-syston與5% Solvirex等粒劑,每公頃施用10、15及20公斤,於播種前種穴施藥,對菜豆生育初期之根潛蠅、紅蜘蛛、蚜虫等均有良好的預防效力(表一),但仍以每公頃20公斤最佳,且施藥較易均勻,對於夏季發生為害之三紋螟蛾及莖潛蠅亦有良好的防治效力(表三),有效期間可維持至40天左右。 (4) 10% Thimet粒劑,每公頃施用5,7.5及10公斤,對根潛蠅、紅蜘蛛、蚜虫等均有良好防冶效力(表一),但仍以10公斤較理想,其對莖潛蠅與三紋螟蛾亦有防治效力(表三),且其效力與Di-syston及Solvirex粒劑相似,並優於PSP204劑,至於10% Thimet粒劑每公頃施用10公斤與15公斤之比較並無太大差異(表三)。又10%...

[[abstract]]本省水稻收割作業,向以鐮刀刈割水稻為主要工具,工作效率既低,所需勞力又多,從而增加生產成本。且操作者必須彎腰始能割稻,工作極為辛苦,隨著教育之普及,和工業之發達,以及國民生活水準之日漸提高,農村青年多已走進工廠及企業機構,形成農村勞力日趨缺乏之現象。故每逢水稻收穫季節,農家往往因人手不足而耽誤農時,對產量及品質影響頗鉅。此一問題且有隨時間而日趨嚴重之勢,亟待解決。而大型聯合水稻收穫機之被採用,因受環境限制,尚有一段距離。本所有鑑及此,特購進日本製背負式動力割稻機二台,由於本省水稻之生理及物理性質與日本水稻品種頗有差異,故必須先予試驗研究加以改良,以期能符合本省農業環境。同時並接受農復會補助,以便擴大研究基礎,希望能於短期內推廣,以應此一過渡時期之需要。 1. 臺東地區晚崙夏橙果實性狀及品質之研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本研究之目的,為明瞭臺東地區晚崙夏橙果實之性狀及品質,玆將民國54年至56年調查及分析結果摘要如下 果實高度及寬度為5.0~7.5cm大部份皆在6.0~7.0cm每個果實重量介於120~220克之間,大部份皆集中在140~160克,果皮厚度1~6mm大部份介於2~3mm,果心大小為5~15mm大部份皆在6~10mm,種子含量很少約在1~6粒,每一個的果汁數量為50~140cc大部份介於80~110cc之間,果汁糖度(Brix)自10度至17度,大部份都在12~15度,果汁酸度為0.6%至2.5%之間大部份皆在1.0~1.5% The present studies dealt with the characters and qualities of valencia orange grown in Taitung area. Fourteen fruits each of 10-year old orange tree were sampled for morphological as well as chemical analysis. 臺灣主要稻熱病病原茵生理小種對非洲產稻之致病反應 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本試驗係測定非洲稻種對臺灣稻熱病病原菌生理小種之致病反應,以供今後在非洲選拔抗病且高產之稻品種之參考。 1.達荷美、查德、沙烏地阿拉伯之稻種對本省稻熱病病原菌生理小種均呈抗病性反應。 2.race 3,13,17,20,21及24對象牙海岸稻種,race 3,13,19,21及25對塞內加爾稻種,race 13對加彭稻種,race 3及21對上伏塔稻種,race 3對賴比瑞亞稻種,race 19,20及24對獅子山稻種,race 13,19,21,22,24及25對馬拉加西稻種均呈感病反應。 3.臺灣主要稻熱病病原菌生理小種中對非洲稻種較為重要者為race 3,13,21及24等。 The purpose of this experiment was to test out the reaction of Africa varieties to the physiologic races of rice blast fungus exist in Taiwan to find out resistant varieties of rice. 臺灣秈稻與便稻之特性研究 1. 1960年以前之栽培品種 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]水稻是臺灣主要的糧食作物,其中包括蓬萊稻與在來稻。兩者之間,某些性狀有顯著的差異,但有些特性可能無顯著的差異。本研究利用臺灣省農業試驗所保存稻種,蓬萊稻414種,在來稻397種,為供試材料,先調查各品種的特性,再行統計分析,以比較蓬萊稻與在來稻兩類型的差異,玆將研究結果摘要如下: (1) 蓬萊稻第一期作栽培面積佔水稻栽培面積之64%第二期作佔69%;而在來稻栽培面積分別佔36%與31%。 (2) 無論第一期作第二期作,在來稻的植株比蓬萊稻高;而同一品種第一期作比第二期作高,但第二期作的在來稻其一期性的品種與二期性的品種間無顯著的差異。 (3) 一期性的在來稻與蓬萊稻的有效分蘗數,無論在第一期作咸第二期作均無顯著的差異,唯第一期作的分蘗數概比第二期作多。就第二期作的在來稻而言,二期性的品種其分蘗數較一期性的品種多。 (4) 蓬萊稻的葉色較濃綠,而在來稻的葉色較淡。在414種蓬萊稻中,濃綠者佔86.71%,綠色佔13.29%,而在來稻397種中,濃綠僅佔1.01%,綠色佔13.29%,淡綠色佔25.94%。 (5) 有關色素所影響的性狀;如莖基色、柱頭色、稃尖色、稃色(穎色)等,品種間雖有差異,但蓬萊稻與在來稻間的差異不顯著,大部分的品種均屬無色,唯成熟期的稃尖色,蓬萊的有色品種顯比在來稻多。 (6) 大部分的蓬萊稻其穗重介於3gm至5gm間,而在來稻有87%左右的品種,其穗重介於2gm至4gm之間,蓬萊稻的稻穗顯然比在來稻為重。 (7) 芒雖為品種的特性之一,但並不隱定,其間由於環境不同,變異性很大,同一品種,於不同的地方或時期栽培,在芒長,或有芒稻穀的百分率可能不同。大部份蓬萊稻與在來稻的品種均屬無芒種,其間無太大的差異。 (8)...

[[abstract]]空白試驗求效率提高(Blank test)亦稱均度試驗(Uniformity trial),為研究田間試驗方法之張本。務求效率提高,以助各項試驗之精確。 我國棉作研究工作者中,蕭輔教授曾於民國22年中華農學會報114期中為棉作田間技術之報導。 1. According to Fisher formula, the intraclass correlation value (r) calculated is equal to 0.55. It means that the soil heterogenity of Tainan farm is serious. The normality test shows that the skewness and kurtosis are scarecely significant. 2. The longer shape of plot is considered more efficient than the wider shape of plot in this study. 3. 陽明山磚紅化土與黑色安山岩土之生成關係研究 Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute

[[abstract]]本研究係就北部大屯火山彙相同母質所育成之三土類,紅棕壤,黑色安山岩土與灰棕壤,研究其理化性質,並探討其生成間之關係,選取四代表剖面,進行其理化分析,包括之項目有土色,機械組成、pH、有機質、全氮量、陽離子交換性質、土壤全量分析及粘土部分之SiO2/R2O3分析等八項目,結果摘要如下: 1.研究地區內自山麓低岡台地以至高山嶺頂有下列土壤發見:暗紅色紅壤(Dark red latosols)→暗紅棕色紅壤(Dark reddish Brown Latosols)→黑色安山岩土(Black Andesite Soils)→灰棕壤(Gray-brown podzolic soils)。 2.四種土壤之物理性分析結果如表1,土層之深度有向山漸減之趨勢,土色之色彩與色度亦漸減,表土之粘土含量亦減小。 3.四種土壤之化學性如表2、3、4及5,其表層有機質含量與C/N比率,SiO2/Al2O3與SiO2/R2O3比率均有向山漸增之結果。 4.上項結果與爪哇發見者頗多相同之結論,所不同者,物理性質如坋粒未見增加,化學性之矽鋁鐵未見減少,此外爪哇未有灰棕壤相連出現,但在日本則可見及。 5.四代表剖面,實際代表三主要土類,即紅棕壤,黑色安山岩土與灰棕壤,就土壤之生成討論,由於第二類非氣候性土壤,抑係未成熟之土壤,難指出其化育間之直接關係。 6.從理化性質之分析結果,則上述結果趨勢,三者間之連帶關係顯然。一若黑色安山岩土即係紅棕壤與灰棕壤間之中間性土壤。 Three soil groups (reddish brown latosols, black andesite soils and gray brown podzolic soils) which are developing from the...
