Study of “The Value-Added Procession of Rice Products at Modern Trade in Thailand” aims to analyze the value-added procession of the rice products at modern trade in Thailand. This research is a qualitative research based on grounded theoretical methodology by using an in-depth interview with the 5 Key informants. The research methodology included the participant observation method with 20 rice consumers at modern trade. Additionally, the research also used the content analysis methodology to analyze texts and quality assurance symbols on the rice products. Optimized wheatgrass planting material served perfectly seedling and clean. The effect of five difference planting materials to wheatgrass, cut rice stems, sand, soil, paper and no material was investigated. It indicated that at first wheatgrass harvesting (7 days after planting), sand, soil and paper planting materials served higher fresh weight, higher juice quantities and the waste after extracted of wheatgrass than cut rice stems material and nomaterial served. Second harvesting (after five days of first harvesting) at equal seedling number comparison, cut rice stems material served higher fresh weight, and higher juice quantities of wheatgrass than other materials served. Fermented bamboo shoot is a short shelf life product and a high market’s demand. It could be produced from bamboo shoot cultivars grown in Thailand which may be fresh or intermediate bamboo shoot. The shoot cultivars of highland bamboo from Angkhang Royal Agricultural Station were to study as a salt stock bamboo shoot prior to a further processing. Bamboo shoot of 2 species i.e., Dendrocalamus latiflorus and Bambusa oldhamii were brought to depeel , slice and keep under 10% salt in order to remove its astringency. Then, the treated bamboo shoot were continued keep in 16 % salt by a dry salting method for storage during 30 45 60 and 75 days. สถานการณ์การผลิต และการตลาดมะละกอ ในจังหวัดมหาสารคาม กาฬสินธุ์และร้อยเอ็ด Thai Agricultural

The study focuses on the papaya production, including its cultivation, marketing, and process in three provinces in Thailand, namely Mahasarakham, Kalasin, and Roi-et. A survey with questionnaires was used in data-gathering. Key informants are 250 farmers who have papaya farms. SPSS program was employed in data analysis.It is found that during June to December 2008, farmers in Roi-et and Mahasarakham grow papaya as a supplement occupation, mainly for household consumption. On the other hand, farmers in Kalasin grow papaya for extra income. The average yield of Roi et, Kalasin and Mahasarakham were 92, 116 and 85 kg/tree/year, respectively. The papaya farm area has low fertile land with coarse textured soils or Loamy Sand which has its pH of 4.9 or higher....

Udon Thani Rice Research Centre had conducted the 5 Royal Development projects at Nong Bua Lam Phu province in 2014; i.e. the “Pid Thong Lang Phra” project, the “Mobile Agricultural clinic” under the patronage of HRH Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn, and the “Family Love-bonding” project. The main objective of the activities conducted under these royal development projects was to set up the learning center for farmers in the communities about subjects on good seed quality production technology, appropriated cultural practices, and product development for value-added of the rice products.
