Allicin is the most important secondary metabolite in garlic. It can inhibit the growth of various microorganisms, reduce plasma cholesterol, blood pressure, antiflamatory and reduce platelet aggregation. Plant nutrient is an important factor which affects the allicin content in garlic. In this, the research aimed to increase allicin content in garlic. Garlics were grown in growing bag containing substrate mixtures. They were fertilized with different nitrogen (N) and sulfur (S) concentrations and other nutrients. Three levels of N (180, 360 and 540 mg/l) and five levels of sulfur (25, 100, 175, 250 and 325 mg/l) were applied and treatments were arranged in Factorial combination in CRD, with four replications and two subsamples per replication.
