Исследовали скорость потребления кислорода и экскреции аммонийного азота черноморской мидии Mytilus galloprovincialis при различных концентрациях кислорода (от 100 % до 20 % насыщения) и различных температурах (12 - 13° С, 14- 15°Си1б- 17° С). Независимо от температуры падение концентрации кислорода в воде вызывает снижение респираторного метаболизма. Показано, что 50 % уровень насыщения является «критическим» для данного вида моллюсков. При продолжительном (52 ч) дефиците кислорода (50 - 52 %) увеличивается доля белкового катаболизма.
The rate of oxygen consumption and nitrogen excretion of the Black sea mussel Mytilus galloprovincialis at different oxygen concentration (from 100 % to 20 % of the saturation) and the different temperature (12-13, 14-15 and 16-1T°C) was investigated. Declining oxygen saturation of the water results in reduced respiratory metabolism independent of the temperature, 40-50 % rate of oxygen saturation is the "critical" rate for this mussels. At long-term (52 h) deficit of oxygen has caused the increase of the part of the protein catabolism.
