Приведем алгоритм построения трёхмерных геометрических моделей диатомовых рода Cymbella. Описаны качественные признаки, по которым выделены типовые формы створок. На основе типовых форм построены ЗD-модели клеток, которые сопоставлялись с геометрической фигурой «цимбеллоид». Выявлено, что последний существенно занижает объемы клеток. Предложены модели для экспресс-оценки биомассы водорослей с погрешностью, не превышающей 10%.
The algorithm for creating 3D geometric models of microalgae from genus Cymbella was proposed. The qualitative characteristics for distinguishing typical shapes of cell valves were described. The typical shapes were used for creating 3D models which volumes are compared with the volume of similar geometric shape "cymbelloid". It was shown that "cymbelloid" sufficiently decreased the real cell biovolumes. For accurate biovolumes estimates all proposed 3D-models should be used. Only five 3D models are needed for express determination of cell biovolumes.
