| Zostera noltii colonise en Méditerranée des baies abritées et des lagunes présentant des conditions abiotiques (e.g. atténuation lumineuse et salinité) très variées. Les zostères constituent des herbiers étendus et stables à Thau (Gerbal et Verlaque, 1995) qui est une lagune profonde et bien connectée à la mer (salinité peu variable). Dans le Vaccarès, moins bien connecté à la mer, cette espèce a présenté un développement important entre 1984 et 1996, alors que la salinité (moyenne annuelle) variait entre 30,1 et 4,8 (Grillas et Auby, 1996). | The Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT model, 2001 Version) has been applied to the Than lagoon catchment area in order to simulate water discharges and nutrient inputs into the lagoon over a 10 years period (1989-1999), and to provide routing inflows to a previously developed lagoon ecosystem model. The watershed model has been calibrated and validated using measured data available for the two main rivers. The results indicate that the mean annual nitrogen inputs into the Thau lagoon is 117 +/- 57 tons y(-1), with the two main rivers, contributing for 80% of total annual nitrogen export. | The worldwide decline of seagrass meadows may result in the loss of relevant ecosystem services such as the carbon sequestration within marine ecosystems. In this paper, net primary production (NPP) of Zostera noltei meadows was assessed in the Arcachon Bay (SW France) with the aim of understanding the impact of meadows decline on C sequestration capacity at a basin scale. Net growth rates obtained by means of a year-long leaf-marking experiment (2005-2006) were coupled to interannual biomass measurements (1983-2010) to obtain a direct estimate of NPP. | La forte augmentation des mortalités de juvéniles d’huître creuse depuis 2008 a relancé la problématique de l’approvisionnement en naissains de l’ostréiculture française. | Phytoplankton dynamics were assessed in the macrotidal ecosystem of Arcachon Bay through high-frequency surveys over a 5-year period in order to characterize typology of environmental conditions at the onset of the productive period. Temporal variations of hydrological and biological parameters were examined in external and internal waters of the lagoon, during the winter-spring periods from 1999 to 2003. | De 2009 à 2011, le captage à Arcachon fut particulièrement mauvais. Des pontes tardives associées à de faibles quantités de larves “petites” indiquaient un problème probablement au niveau de la maturation ou de la ponte. Le programme FéLiBA consiste en un zoom, pour l’année 2013, sur la Fécondité des huîtres creuses en Lien avec la qualité de l’eau du Bassin d’Arcachon. | Asari (= Manila) clam, Ruditapes philippinarum, is the second bivalve mollusc in terms of production in the world and, in many coastal areas, can beget important socio-economic issues. In Europe, this species was introduced after 1973. In Arcachon Bay, after a decade of aquaculture attempt, Asari clam rapidly constituted neo-naturalized population which is now fished. | The origin and composition of sediment organic matter (SOM) were investigated together with its spatial distribution in the Arcachon Bay - a macrotidal lagoon that shelters the largest Zostera noltii meadow in Europe - using elemental and isotopic ratios. Subtidal and intertidal sediments and primary producers were both sampled in April 2009. Their elemental and isotopic compositions were assessed. | The work presented here aims at comparing monitoring of S-metolachlor, the major pesticide in use in the Arcachon Bay (South West of France, transitional coastal area), by chemical analysis (monthly passive sampling) and contaminant dissipation modeling from sources (Mars-2D model). The global strategy consisted in i) identifying the major sources of S-metolachlor to the Bay, ii) monitoring these sources for 12 months, and iii) comparing modeled data in the Bay based on measured inputs, to chemical measurements made inside the Bay along with the 12-month source monitoring. | Suite à l’événement de grande ampleur d’efflorescence d’Alexandrium minutum et des toxicités associées en Rade de Brest en 2012, un projet a été élaboré avec la Région Bretagne dans le cadre du développement du port de Brest. L’Ifremer a organisé un échantillonnage dans l’estuaire de la rivière de Daoulas, zone la plus touchée en 2012, au cours des printemps-été 2013 et 2014. | Le suivi surfacique des herbiers de zostères du Bassin d'Arcachon (a été entrepris en 2007 (pour Zostera noltii) et 2008 (pour Zostera marina). Pour Zostera noltii, cette cartographie a été réalisée par photo-interprétation d’une mosaïque d’images de résolution 1 mètre. Ces clichés IGN, orthorectifiés et georéferencés ont été acquis en août et septembre 2007.
