| Organik Tarım genel olarak mevcut olan ekolojik dengeyi korumak için tamamen veya mümkün olduğu ölçüde az kimyevi mücadele ilacı, gübre kullanımı ile, hayvancılıkta büyüme düzenleyiciler ve yem katkı maddeleri kullanımını kaldıran iyi bir toprak bakımı, ekim nöbeti, doğal gübreleme ve biyolojik zirai mücadele yapılması fikrine dayanan bir tarım sistemi olarak tanımlanabilir (Er ve Uranbey 1996). | In 1995, an experiment was planted at Wädenswil for comparing organic and integrated apple production. The overall goal of this experiment was to develop a data set which allows for an objective overall comparison of the two production concepts. Horticultural, ecological and economical traits were looked at. In practical terms, the study should particularly clarify how suitable the two systems are for producing marketable fresh fruit under Swiss conditions. The approach of an on-station comparison with a split-plot design with 3 replicate blocks and the factors “production system” (1st factor) and “variety” (2nd factor) was chosen. | One of the cornerstones of organic farming is the fact that it is governed by clear standards which are legally protected in many parts of the world, but there is concern that the current certification system does not fully safeguard the objectives and principles of the movement and encourage further improvements in sustainability. | Das Ziel der hier vorgestellten Untersuchung war, einen ersten Schritt hin zur Entwicklung einer praxistauglichen Behandlung von Mastbullen zu tun, welche deren Stressreaktionen während des Verladens, Transportes und Aufenthaltes im Schlachthof reduziert. Die Ausgangshypothese war,dass Vertrautheit mit Menschen sowie positive Erfahrungen bei der Berührung durch Menschen dazu führen, dass die Tiere während des Verladens und des Transportes weniger Belastungsreaktionen zeigen. Die Annahme war ferner, dass sich dies sowohl im Verhalten, als auch in metabolischen Parametern und schliesslich in der Fleischqualität zeigt. |
