การพัฒนาและทดสอบเทคโนโลยีเพื่อเพิ่มผลผลิตและลดต้นทุนการผลิตข้าว ในแหล่งปลูกข้าวภาคใต้ Thai Agricultural

A three years set of experiment have been conducted during 2010-2012 to develop and test for rice yield improvement and production cost reduction in Southern part of Thailand. This experiment was conducted in rice research center in the first two years and in farmer field for the third year with Split Plot in RCB; rice varieties as main plots and rice seed rate or spacing as sub plots and 4 replications. Results in research center found that for broadcasting rice, Pathum Thani 1 and RD37 which were photoperiod insensitive varieties gave the highest yield when direct broadcasted with 20 kg/rai seed rate whereas photoperiod sensitive varieties such as Chiang Phatthalung and Sangyod Phatthalung showed the highest yield when soak seed broadcasted with 15...

Soil water balance in different densities of Pinus taeda in Southern Brazil Agronomy

This study aimed to quantify and compare water balance components over the course of a year for different Pinus taeda planting densities in an oxisol in southern Brazil. This experiment was conducted on 6-year-old trees in a clay oxisol at the Monte Alegre Farm, a property of the Klabin Company. The experimental design was a randomized block with four replicates and five treatments with different amounts of soil coverage: T100 (100% coverage - standard planting coverage); (T75, 75; T50, 50; and T25, 25%), and; T0 (without cover - clearcutting). The present work had the objective of evaluating the effect of different line spacing upon some agronomic parameters of cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) culture. The experiment was conducted in county of Palotina, in the west region of Paraná State, Brazil. The studied spacing were 0.8, 1.0, 1.4 e 1.6 m between lines and 0.6 m between plants, which rendered population densities of 20,830, 16,660, 13,880, 11,900 and 10,410 plants/ha. For the production of fresh and dry root matter and stem fresh matter, the best space between lines was 1.0 m. Accumulation of macronutrients in cv. 'Astrus' cabbage as influenced by nitrogen dose and plant population Ciencia e Investigación Agraria

The influence of plant population (31,250 and 46,875 plants ha-1) and nitrogen doses (0, 100, 200, and 300 kg ha-1) on the accumulation of macronutrients by cabbage plants was studied in Jaboticabal, Brazil, from February 18 to June 2, 2004. The experimental design was a randomized complete block in a 2 × 4 factorial scheme, with three replications. Differences in the amount of macronutrients accumulated by cabbage as function of N dose and plant population, were observed. The largest amounts of macronutrients were detected at the end of the plant cycle when the plant population was the lowest.
