| Objetivou-se com esse trabalho selecionar bacterias residentes de filoplano de maracujazeiro como possivel agente de biocontrole da mancha-bacteriana que tem como agente causai a bacteria Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. passiflorae (Xap) e estudar os mecanismos de acao envolvidos no controle biologico. A primeira etapa de selecao baseou-se em testes in vivo com 224 isolados obtidos a partir de folhas sadias de maracujazeiro amarelo coletadas em pomares comerciais, sendo 102 oriundos do estado de Roraima, 72 do Para e 50 de Sao Paulo. Hypotesen i forsøket var at melk produsert på RB har et høyere innhold av flerumettede fettsyrer og at melkefettet dermed er mer utsatt for oksidasjon enn melk produsert på AB. | Les mammites cliniques constituent l'une des principaux troubles de la santé rencontrées en élevage laitier. Le cahier des charges de l'agriculture biologique encourage le recours à des méthodes de traitement naturelles, alternatives aux traitements allopathiques de synthèse et aux antibiotiques. Les pratiques de traitement des éleveurs biologiques sont peu connues, mais parmi les méthodes "alternatives", l'aromathérapie suscite un intérêt grandissant.
