| Grâce à une enquête postale auprès de 1278 agriculteurs situés dans la région PACA, nous analysons les bénéfices non économiques de l’agriculture biologique (AB). L’analyse des réponses individuelles (N=267) démontre que pour la majorité de ces bénéfices, une proportion non négligeable des agriculteurs a choisi le niveau élevé. En revanche, la plupart des agriculteurs estiment que leur travail n’est pas reconnu à sa juste valeur par la société et par les autorités publiques.
