| The development of sustainable eco tourism and cultural tourism could have positive effects in many socioeconomic factors of a country. A way of promoting eco-tourism is by using the knowledge and the experiences of different people for presenting the natural and cultural resources. | Die Ressource Wissen hat in der ökologischen Landwirtschaft einen besonders hohen Stellenwert. In den letzten Jahren wurde dieses Wissen wesentlich vermehrt. Doch kommen die neuen Erkenntnisse bei denen, die sie bräuchten auch an? Was wissen Landwirte tatsächlich, wie bewusst sind ihnen Informationsdefizite und anhand welcher Mittel und Wege versuchen sie, entsprechende Lücken zu schließen? One of the reasons has been the lack of data and information relating to the conversion period. This roject aims to rectify this by collecting and evaluating agronomic and econmic data from farms undergoing conversion to organic fiel vegetable production. | Projektziel ist die Erarbeitung von Strategien zur Förderung Sozialer Landwirtschaft als Perspektive insbesondere für ökologisch wirtschaftende Betriebe. Damit soll die Grundlage für die Begründung und Etablierung eines entsprechenden bundesweiten Netzwerks gelegt werden. Dessen Verstetigung soll über die Ansprache und Einbindung unterschiedlicher Träger erreicht werden. Aufbauend auf Vorarbeiten im SoFar-Projekt werden Recherchen zur Vielfalt ökologisch wirtschaftender Sozialer Landwirtschaft in Deutschland durchgeführt. | Produktionsverfahren im europäischen ökologischen Landbau folgen Vorgaben, die je nach Anbauverband unterschiedlich definiert sind. Eine gemeinsame Grundlage bildet die VO (EWG) 2092/91.
