การจัดเขตศักยภาพการผลิตข้าวจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร สมุทรปราการ และสมุทรสงคราม Thai Agricultural

Rice production potential zoning in Samut Sakhon, Samut Prakhran and Samut Songkhram provinces was conducted in wet season 2010. Research methodology consisted of general rice production information collection, soil sampling and crop cutting from farmer field, field experiment and mapping of rice zoning. Results from field survey showed that the two crops of recommended rice varieties with transplanting were common practice in this area. Insect pest and diseases were controlled by chemical application. The 16-20-0 and 16-8-4 N-P2O5-K2O compound fertilizers were applied as basal treatment depending on extractable potassium in the area. Field experiment indicated that rice yield of R3 level (550-700 kg/rai) could be increased to be R2 level (701-850 kg/rai)...

Abstract In strawberry, potassium fertilization has been little studied, which difficult management strategies for an increasing yield and understanding the use of this nutrient in strawberry crop. The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of sources and rates of potassium (K) fertilizers on yield, K level and agronomic traits of strawberry cv. Camarosa fruit, carried out under greenhouse conditions. A randomized in a completely block design with four replicates in a factorial arranged 6x3 (six rates of potassium x three sources of potassium fertilizers), was performed. Abstract Due to its origin and hardiness, safflower is usually cultivated in low-fertility soils with few inputs and no irrigation. In Brazil, little is known about its response to nitrogen (N) and irrigation. This study was carried out near the city of Engenheiro Coelho, SP, Brazil, in 2014, in order to determine the effect of increasing nitrogen application rates (0, 50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 550 and 600 kg ha-1) on safflower cultivation under irrigation and rainfed conditions. The use of irrigation during drought periods allowed stress reduction and significantly increased yield components and grain yield.
