| The occurrence of vesicular-arbuscular mycorrhizae (AM) and ectomycorrhizae (ECM) in the same root system was observed when species of Eucalyptus urophylla S.T. Blake, E. citriodora Hook f., E. grandis W. Hill ex Maiden, E. cloeziana F. Muell. and E. camaldulensis Dehnh were simultaneously inoculated with Glomus etunicatum Becker & Gederman and Pisolithus tinctorius (Per.) Cocker & Couch, isolate Pt 90A. | The effects of P and N amendment and its interactions on spore germination, root growth and colonized root length by Glomus etunicatum Becker & Gerdemann (INVAM S329) was studied "in vitro" in RiT - DNA transformed roots of Anthylis vulneraria sub sp. Sampaiana (Kidney vetch). Three N media concentrations (5, 10 and 50 mg/l) at P constant level (2 mg/l) and three P media concentrations (2, 10 and 20 mg/l) at N constant level (5 mg/l) were utilized as a treatment. | The production of inoculum is one of the hindrances in the large scale application of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF). The objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of nutrient solutions with or without Tris-HCl buffer, on sporulation of AMF. The experiment was carried out in a greenhouse, using a substrate with sand and vermiculite (1:1 v/v). Fifty spores of Gigaspora margarita, Scutellospora heterogama, and Glomus etunicatum were inoculated in Sorghum vulgare (sorghum) or Panicum miliaceum (fodder millet). | RESUMO Com o objetivo de avaliar o efeito de fMVA nativos, Glomus clarum e Glomus etunicatum, na absorção de fósforo (P) e produção de massa seca (MS) pelo cornichão (Lotus comiculatus L.) em condições naturais e modificadas pela calagem e verificar a compatibilidade entre as espécies introduzidas e os fMVA nativos ocorrentes no solo, conduziu-se um experimento em casa de vegetação, em solo Podzólico Vermelho Amarelo (Hapludalf). | Este trabalho foi realizado com o objetivo de avaliar a eficiência de absorção de fósforo em doze genótipos de milho na presença e na ausência de inoculação com fungo micorrízico arbuscular. Para tanto, foi instalado um experimento em casa de vegetação no Centro de Ciências Agrárias e Biológicas da Universidade Federal de Goiás, em Jataí, Goiás, com delineamento em blocos ao acaso com três repetições em fatorial 12x2x2. | The objective of this study was to evaluate the mycorrhizal dependency of mangaba tree (Hancornia speciosa) plantlets, under increasing levels of phosphorus fertilization. The experimental design was completely randomized in a 4×5 factorial arrangement with three mycorrhizal fungi inocula - Gigaspora margarita, Glomus etunicatum, or a pool of native mycorrhizal fungi (Acaulospora longula, Glomus clarum, Gigaspora albida, Paraglomus sp.) -, and a nonmycorrhizal control, in combination with five levels of phosphorus applied to the substrate: 0, 25, 50, 75, and 100 mg kg-1. | Visando otimizar a produção de mudas de sabiá (Mimosa caesalpiniifolia Benth), foi conduzido um experimento para avaliar a efetividade da dupla inoculação com fungos micorrízicos arbusculares (FMA) e rizóbio. Os tratamentos, arrumados em esquema fatorial consistiram de presença e ausência de Rhizobium sp. e de FMA (Glomus etunicatum, Acaulospora morrowae e A. longula), e de três níveis de P (0, 20 e 40 kg/ha de P2O5, na forma de superfosfato triplo). A aplicação de P na ausência e na presença dos fungos não favoreceu o desenvolvimento das plantas. | O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a influência das espécies de micorrizas arbusculares (MA) Glomus clarum e Glomus etunicatum isoladas de pomares de pessegueiros e de vinhedos sobre o crescimento vegetativo, conteúdo de macronutrientes e substâncias de reserva em plantas do porta-enxerto de pessegueiro cv. Okinawa. O experimento foi conduzido em telado, com delineamento experimental de blocos casualizados, em parcelas subdivididas, com 15 plantas por parcela e quatro repetições.
