In this context, the present study evaluated how the level of degradation of riparian vegetation influences the fish assemblage in three low-order streams in the Brazilian Amazon. In each stream, three different stretches were delimited, distributed in the environments of forest, edge and pasture, and the samplings were conducted in three hydrological regimes using dip nets. A stratified random sampling design considering spatial heterogeneity has been implemented. Biodiversity was considered on 0.1 m²quadrats. These data have revealed the organization of benthic communities and the relevant taxa to be considered (species or assemblages of indicator species) in the context of establishing perennial monitoring of intertidal habitats. L’étude des résistances vis-à-vis de différentes substances antibiotiques pour des espèces bactériennes (aérobies et anaérobies) isolées chez Mytilus galloprovincialis a été réalisée par la méthode standard de l’antibiogramme. Ainsi, 50 souches bactériennes aérobies et 20 souches anaérobies appartenant à plus de 25 espèces différentes ont été isolées et testées. Les résultats obtenus montrent des profils à plusieurs résistances vis-à-vis des différentes familles d’antibiotiques testés.
