| Os sistemas integrados de produção lavoura-pecuária (SIPAs) em associação ao sistema de semeadura direta, sofrem ação do pisoteio animal ou do tráfego intenso de máquinas agrícolas, podendo resultar em alterações nas propriedades físicas do solo. O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o efeito da adubação nitrogenada e manejos das forrageiras tropicais nas propriedades físicas do solo. O experimento foi realizado entre outubro de 2017 e janeiro de 2020, em Marechal Cândido Rondon – PR, em blocos ao acaso, com parcelas sub-subdivididas com uma testemunha adicional e quatro repetições. | O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o potencial de adoção (adotabilidade) de diferentes modalidades de sistemas de Integração Lavoura-Pecuária-Floresta (ILPF) entre pecuaristas do estado do Paraná. O estudo foi realizado em dois municípios, contemplando cenários bastante distintos: (i) em uma região com predominância da bovinocultura de corte, que também se destaca como a principal produtora de mandioca do estado (região de Paranavaí no noroeste do estado); (ii) em uma região onde o uso predominante da terra é o de agricultura anual, pastagens e campos e cultivos florestais, com produção de grãos como soja e milho, leite bovino, madeira para celulose e lenha (região de Ponta Grossa na porção central do estado). | O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar índices de conforto térmico em sistemas de integração lavoura-pecuária-floresta, com eucalipto em arranjos de 14x2m (ILPF-1) e de 22x2m (ILPF-2) e árvores nativas dispersas com 5 árvores/ha-1 (ILPF-3), no Município de Campo Grande, Mato Grosso do Sul. O experimento foi conduzido na Embrapa Gado de Corte, em Campo Grande, MS, de julho a setembro de 2013. | The former extensive polyculture systems of marine fish farming, are today replaced mainly by intensive monoculture systems (salmon, shrimp). These systems, multiplied in the same coastal zone, can present a significant environmental impact. | Abstract: The objective of this work was to evaluate the performance of crossbred steers post-weaned in an integrated crop-livestock system (ICL) and finished in a feedlot, fed either a high-level concentrate diet or whole corn with no roughage. Weaned calves of two breed groups - ½ Angus × ½ Nellore, and ½ Charolais × ¼ Angus × ¼ Nellore - were allotted in a completely randomized experimental design (CRD). During the rainy season, the ½ Angus × ½ Nellore animals showed a higher performance than the ½ Charolais × ¼ Angus ×¼ Nellore ones, with 0.748 and 0.490 kg average daily gain, respectively. | ABSTRACT The objective with this study was to calculate the total cost of maize production and beef cattle in permanent pasture activities in separate production systems (conventional) and integrated systems (maize production plus beef cattle), as well as to verify economic gains explained by the economy of scope.
