| ABSTRACT Podcasts - online distributed audio files - are easy access and production media, which can be used for Scientific Communication (SC) but few are presented in Portuguese. The objective of this work is to perform a case study with data from a survey for two Brazilian SC podcasts (Dragões de Garagem and Fronteiras da Ciência) to evaluate the increase of science podcast media in Brazil, the involved potential, their advantages, shortcomings, and perspectives. | Abstract Introduction: Latin America is a large and diverse region, comprising more than 600 million inhabitants and one million physicians in over 20 countries. Resistance to antibacterial drugs is particularly important in the region. | Com este trabalho avaliou-se o que está sendo oferecido pelas empresas operadoras de rastreabilidade credenciadas pelo Ministério da Agricultura, Pecuária e Abastecimento. A pesquisa foi dividida em duas etapas distintas, a primeira consistiu em avaliar a forma como a empresa se apresenta na Internet, considerando os seguintes quesitos: Tempo de Carga, Aparência, Estrutura e Navegação, Usabilidade, Conteúdo e Específicas para a Pesquisa. | Assessing fish consumption is complex and involves several factors; however, the use of questionnaires in surveys and the use of the Internet as tool to collect data have been considered promising approaches. Therefore, the objective of this research was to design a data collection technique using a questionnaire to assess fish consumption by making it available on a specific home page on the Internet. A bibliographical survey or review was carried out to identify the features of the instrument, and therefore pre-tests were conducted with previous instruments, followed by the Focus Group technique. | This review presents a brief analysis and sources (including URLs for the Internet sources) of the most interesting and informative Black Sea oceanographic data sets (excluding satellite data) that are now available for the scientific community with the main attention on the long term data sets. The results of the analysis show that a number of the available Black Sea datasets is growing permanently. However, this process is still rather slow and insufficient.
