According to the environmental conservation and health care, the production of organic agricultural products is required and the requirement will be increased continuously. The cultivation of white rice with high amylose content in its starch is also widely done in the irrigated rice field in the Central Plain. Ayutthaya Rice Research Center responsibility rice areas in Ayutthaya and Angthong provinces during 2011-2012 were 1,010,000 rai. Ayutthaya Rice Research Center focus on varietal development for rainfed rice, ,deep water rice and floating rice and varietal development for Irrigated lowland rice and through seed production and transfer technology to farmer. The Royal project were main 3 projects in Ayutthaya and Angthong provinces. 1. Sri buathong royal project in Angthong provinces 2. Nong Jedsent royal project in Angthong provinces and 3.
