Insect survey using light traps and the field survey for collecting insect pests and natural enemies were conducted at Surin Rice Research Center during February 2014 to January 2015. The main objective of this study was to investigate the correlations between environmental factors and numbers of insect pests and natural enemies. The results revealed that rainfall, temperature and relative humidity were slightly correlated with numbers of insect pests and natural enemies. Additionally, number of pests was negatively correlated with number of natural enemies. Negative correlations were observed between number of parasitic wasps and numbers of white backed planthoppers, brown planthoppers, green leafhoppers and zigzag leafhopper. Research studies the impacts of multiple pest injuries on rice crop health and yield grown under irrigated ecosystem with different cultural practices in Surin province. Data sets were collected from 75 farmers' fields and analysed using non-parametric multivariate statistical method, probability, cluster analysis, Chi-square distance analysis, and correspondence analysis. Data sets included soil properties, irrigation system, rice cultivars, cultural practices, yields, crop damages due to insects, diseases, and weeds.
