RESUMO Os sistemas de preparo do solo e o aumento do tráfego nas áreas agrícola têm contribuído para o aumento da compactação do solo e diminuição da produtividade das culturas. Assim, objetivou-se avaliar a influência de implementos de preparo do solo e de níveis de compactação sobre atributos físicos de Argissolo Amarelo distrófico típico, textura arenosa, e os impactos nos atributos agronômicos da cultura do milho. Os tratamentos foram constituídos por três implementos de preparo do solo (IP1 = grade aradora; IP2 = arado de aivecas, e IP3 = escarificador) e quatro níveis de compactação (NC0 = solo não trafegado; NC3 = 3 passadas; NC6 = 6 passadas, e NC9 = 9 passadas de trator). ABSTRACT With the short period of the sowing process, we observed an increase in the seeder speed set in several soil management systems that may result in decreased soybean yield and problems with penetration resistance. We aimed to assess the penetration resistance (PR) and agronomic characteristics of soybean on soil tillage and sowing speed. The randomized block design in split plot with four replications was used. ABSTRACT: The quality of the sugarcane plantation affects the plantation longevity, yield and production costs. Therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the quality of sugarcane mechanized planting in day and night shifts. The mechanized planting was carried out in Ivinhema, MS, Brazil. For the evaluation of pre-planting seedlings, were collected 40 billets in the seedling area with 10 repetitions for each shift. For the other variables, it was held sampling, totaling 60 points, 30 points assessed for each shift.
