| We suppose an important impact of synthetic biology (SB) on the future development in aquaculture. A synthetic, constructive approach is proposed for exploring, improvement of natural resources of Black Sea in the anoxic zone with hydrogen sulfide. In addition, to test the Boaden's hypothesis–whether an obligatorily anaerobic metazoan may be possible–we consider an opportunity to reconstruct those organisms. At the beginning of this long-term perspective the challenge has been analyzed. |
