| It is about an article presenting the institute, its history, its presence and the projects it leads in New Caledonia. After a first part of general presentation of Ifremer a focus is placed on the strengthening of the presence of the institute in New Caledonia. 3 points are developed by L. Loubersac on the in-house organization, the strategy and examples of works realized within the framework of the buildind up of the lagoons integrated project.
