| The exodus of young people from the countryside has been occurring very frequently in the search for improvements related to financial, work and education aspects. In this context, the empirical production of research data was carried out in the community of Riacho do Meio in Choró, Ceará, in which rural young people develop activities in a mini sesame processing factory (Sesamum indicum) seeking to generate employment and income, enabling the young people stay in the community.
