| Pendant la période Novembre 1987 - Octobre 1988, l'échauffement de l'eau dans le canal de rejet est équivalent à la période précédente (+ 8°C à + 8.5°C): Le taux de recyclage de l'eau calculé par rapport au bromoforme est de 4.3 %. Le bromoforme présente une valeur moyenne de 14 llg/1. La concentration moyenne annuelle de vibrions est 100 fois plus élevée au rejet qu'à la prise d'eau. La destruction de la biomasse chlorophyllienne due au transit est voisine de 50 % et celle de la biomasse zooplanctonique exprimée en carbone est d'environ 40 %. | L'année 1994-1995 se distingue des périodes précédentes par un hiver peu rigoureux et, surtout, un été très chaud. La quantité moyenne d'électricité produite par la centrale pour la période est de 4 250 MW, soit l'équivalent de 4,7 tranches, pour un débit moyen calculé de 221 m3/s, soit l'équivalent du débit de pompage de 5,5 tranches. Sur cette base de calcul, l'augmentation moyenne de la température de l'eau au rejet est de 9,15°C. Cette valeur est du même ordre que celles des périodes précédentes. | Populations of Abra alba (Wood) (Mollusca : Bivalvia) were studied over a fifteen-years period at three sites: the southern part of the North Sea (Gravelines area), the Bay of Seine, and the Bay of Morlaix in the western English Channel. These surveys provide an example of long-term changes in a species considered as ''opportunistic'' and as a ''biological indicator'' of disturbance. A summed cumulated function was used to compare the changes of the Abra alba populations and of mean air temperature in each area. The graph of this function shows the timing and duration of changes. | This study examines whether meso-scale meteorological events, in particular the alternation of cold and mild periods, influenced the structure of four Abi cr alba communities, sampled from 1977 to 1992 on the northwest French coast. We propose a new numerical procedure to describe temporal variations in the structure of each assemblage, using some niche-oriented models recently developed by Tokeshi (1993). The description of the temporal changes in the structure of each community was summarized into a 2D-plot of an ordination, performed on observed and simulated patterns. | La stratégie d'étude modifiée en 1989 a pour but de cerner les impacts, par comparaison entre stations et choix d'espèces cibles. La puissance de fonctionnement de la centrale varie au cours de l'année de 4.5 à 6 tranches de 900 MW, le débit de refroidissement varie de 180 à 240 m3/sec. L' échauffement moyen du canal de rej et est de 8.9 0 C. L'eau recyclée es t estimée à 5.4 %.
