Nine encoded wine samples from a German long-term field trial on the comparison of different cultivation systems were examined with the image forming methods biocrystallization, capillary dynamolysis and circular chromatography. The images of the encoded samples were i. differentiated into three groups of images with similar form expression, ii. characterised as ‘fresh – aged’ based on a catalogue of reference images, iii. ranked (according to the quality characterization) and iv. assigned to the different cultivation systems (classified). The biodynamic preparations have been investigated mainly in field trials. By contrast long-term project is to establish a rapid bioassay to evaluate the effectiveness of the horn manure preparation (HMP). The investigated bioassay is based on hydroponically grown cress (Lepidium sativum L.) as an indicator plant. Past results indicated its sensitivity for typical dilutions of HMP in agricultural practice. However one limiting point was the use of non-standard local well water as hydroponic solution. Die ‘Landwirtschaftliche Individualität’ ist der grundlegende Begriff der biologisch-dynamischen Landwirtschaft. Er ist allerdings mit der wissenschaftlichen Diskussion wenig verbunden. Unser Ziel ist es, einige Aspekte davon und seine aktuelle Bedeutung zu erklären. Die 'landwirtschaftliche Individualität’ beschreibt die Gesamtheit von allen Tieren und Pflanzen samt dem Biotop in einem Betrieb. Dabei wird diese Gesamtheit als ein Organismus höherer Art betrachtet. Als Rudolf Steiner diesen Begriff 1924 einführt, werden zur gleichen Zeit ähnliche Ansichten in der Naturwissenschaft entwickelt, insbesondere in der Ökologie mit dem Begriff des Holozöns. Dr. Jürgen Fritz fasst die aktuellsten Forschungen zur Wirkung biodynamischer Präparate anhand von drei Doktorarbeiten (Juknevičienė 2015, Meissner 2015, Vaitkevičienė 2016) zusammen. Die Häufigkeit signifikanter Pflanzenreaktionen zeigt, dass die Präparate wirken. Sie beeinflussen unter anderem die Verlebendigung von Dünger und Erde, die Verbesserung der Pflanzengesundheit sowie die Verbesserung der Nahrungsmittelqualität. Eine gesteigerte Resilienz der Pflanzen wurde festgestellt. |

A correlation between generation of new leaves per day of Fatshedera lizei and syn-odical lunar rhythm could be shown in the months of November, December and Janu-ary in the years 1992/1993 and 2005/2006, highly significantly in both years. The maximum of leaf generations was in the year 1992/1993 two days after full moon and in the year 2005/2006 on the day of full moon. The coefficient of determination for this correlation was 56% and 55%. Wie andere natürliche Biostimulanten wird das biodynamische Hornmistpräparat (HMP) auf landwirtschaftliche Flächen in sehr geringen Mengen ausgebracht. Wegen der schwierigen Reproduzierbarkeit von Forschungsergebnissen in Feldversuchen ist die Entwicklung eines standardisierten spezifischen Labortests für die Bioaktivität des HMP notwendig. Frühere Untersuchungen haben gezeigt, dass ein Biotest mit Gartenkresse (Lepidium sativum L.) signifikant auf HMP reagierte. Ziel des vorliegenden Projektes war, die Wiederholbarkeit und –spezifität dieses Biotests zu ermitteln. The factors investigated were i) nitrogen supply, ii) fertilizer type, and iii) horn silica application. The ten samples were assigned 100% correctly to low and high N supply. Within the production methods, samples were assigned correctly to mineral fertilization and manure fertilization. |

The samples were examined with the image forming methods biocrystallization, capillary dynamolysis and circular chromatography. Ergebnisse der von 2011-2017 laufenden Versuchsserie mit 76 Einzelexperimenten zur Entwicklung eines standardisierten Biotests für das Hornmistpräparat, die in Kooperation mit der biodynamischen Koordinationsstelle an der Universität Kassel Witzenhausen auf dem Dottenfelderhof durchgeführt wurde. Untersucht wurde, wie sich die Wurzellänge von Kressesamen unter Einfluss des Hornmistpräparats entwickelt. In 28 von 76 Fällen wurde das Wurzelwachstum signifikant beeinflusst. Jedoch ist die Wiederholbarkeit der Ergebnisse über lange Zeitperioden schwierig. Das Potenzial von Laboruntersuchungen zur Wirkweise der biodynamischen Präparate wurde aufgezeigt und sollte weitergeführt werde. |
