Coriolis has started to collect underway data from the fleet of scientific vessels. The Vessel mounted ADCPs are now operating continuously. The present works is an effort to validate the dataset collected during the Beautemps-Beaupré ET0-2003 cruise. A first section is dedicated to the validation of the processing operated with VMDAS. A second section examines all dataset in detail. The third section compares the ADCP data to the currents deduced from the altimetry measurements (AVISO products).
