Increasing of population in some part of the world demands appropriate quantity and quality of food supply. It leads agri-food production to changes having many of the characteristics of manufacturing industries. So, together with the advantages we have to manage also different deficiencies. The changing business climate is creating new agriculture with new risks. And some of these risks require new approaches and different perspectives to evaluate and manage them adequately. The new risks create both challenges and opportunities for agri-food producers and those who finance them.
