| Taking land circulation of Hebei Province, China as an example, circulation status of rural land contract and operation rights of Hebei Province is introduced. | According to the characteristics of agricultural system in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, population pressure, resource utilization and construction capability are taken as the first grade indices.
