| For improving good yield and quality of cherry tomato, especially for high total soluble solid (%brix) and similar to the imported vartiety, the screened cherry tomatoes from The Royal Project Foundation were crosssed with those of the elited lines from Khon Kaen University. The experiment was designed for 3 years (2008-2010). For the 1st year experiment, base population was produced by gene pool from 22 parental pure-lines, and resulted in 16 single-crosses during October 2007-February 2008. All single-crosses were grown and compared to their parents during the rainy season (May-September, 2008).
