| In order to calculate the behaviour of thin structures of laminated composite materials, a bidimensional plate model is generated by an asymptotic development technique. From a structural analysis by plane finite elements at the middle surface, this model yields the equations leading to the computation, at each point of the laminated material, of the displacement and the stress tensor. After describing the theoretical model, numerical results are compared with the analytical solution of a test problem. |
