A Gyöngyösi Kistérségben végzett felmérés tapasztalatai azt mutatták, hogy élénkült a kistérség földpiaca. A földbérleti díjak és árak egyaránt emelkedő tendenciát mutattak, szélsőséges ingadozások mellett. A vizsgált időszakban ér-tékesítettek termőföldet hektáronként 80 ezer forintért és 4,5 millió forintért is. Egyszerre van jelen a földtől való mindenáron való szabadulás és a vétel szándé-ka. A jövőre nézve a földár és a haszonbérleti díj növekedése várható, de ez az EU átlag alatt alakul hosszabb távon is. A föld birtoklása – helyzetétől függően – a jövőben kimagasló hozamot biztosíthat, és várhatóan meghaladja a lekötött bankbetétek hozamát, sőt esetenként extraprofit is elérhető.
